Today, the City of Biñan proudly welcomes Batch 9 of the Balay Silangan Reformation Center, as 34 residents step forward to embrace a new beginning.
These individuals are ready to face "new challenges" designed to transform their lives through discipline, spiritual enrichment, and livelihood training. The City continues its mission to provide a "House of Hope" where every resident is given the tools to become a productive member of society once again.
Under the leadership of Mayor Gel Alonte, and the City Anti-Drug Abuse Council (CADAC), we remain committed to a drug-free and safe Biñan.

Earlier today, IA V Rachelle Mission, PDEA Laguna Provincial Officer, together with the PDEA Laguna Team, conducted a courtesy call with Mayor Gel Alonte and the CADAC Team.
The meeting focused on presenting key anti-drug programs and reinforcing the collaborative efforts between PDEA and the local government to ensure the safety and well-being of our community.
Together, we continue to move forward in our mission for a safer, drug-cleared city!

The City of Biñan specifically Brgy. Canlalay, Brgy. Poblacion, and Brgy. Sto. Domingo has qualified for the 6th Regional Oversight Committee on Barangay Drug Clearing Program Deliberation for 2025. City Mayor GEL Alonte remains firmly committed to strengthening programs that protect families, empower the youth, and support individuals striving for a better and drug free life. The Mayor calling every citizen to STAY VIGILANT, STAY INFORMED, & STAY INVOLVED.

Dalawampu't pito (27) residente ng Balay Silangan Reformation Center ang nagtapos sa tatlong buwang reformation program ng Biñan LGU katuwang ang CSWDO, DILG, PNP, PDEA, CHO I, TESDA, noong November 24, 2025.
Ang naturang reformees ay kabilang sa 8th batch ng matagumpay na nagtapos sa holistic reformation program na ito sa pangunguna ng City of Biñan Anti-Drug Abuse Council (CADAC).

In celebration of Drug Abuse Prevention and Control (DAPC) Week 2025 with a theme "Sa Bagong Pilipinas, Kalusugan ay Pinapahalagahan, Droga ay Inaayawan", the City Government of Biñan together with City Anti Drug Abuse Council (CADAC) conducted seminar training to the Punong Barangays, BADAC Focal Persons and Barangay Secretaries on November 22, 2025 at BFP Building, Barangay San Vicente, Biñan City.

• “Strengthening the Community-Based Response: Seminar-Training on Anti-Illegal Drugs Campaign and Case Management”, and
• “Integrated Anti-Illegal Drugs Campaign: Legal, Enforcement, and Data Management Approaches.”
