Vision "A municipality, whose government, private and business tri-sector, backed with full financial capability, work harmoniously to establish a sustainable Solid Waste Management Program that promotes a healthy and progressive community of people who are empowered, well informed, educated and capacitated in Ecological Solid Waste Management". Mission "To strengthen and reinforce the commitment of Bien Unidohanon to an active Ecological Solid Waste Management Board to eliminate its solid waste problem through the establishment ISWM program by way of a well - crafted policy, aided by an effective ordinance, appropriate technology and massive Information Education and Communication campaign to all stakeholders".
