RMFB15 Holds Monthly Ranks Inspection to Reinforce Discipline and Professionalism

In a continued effort to uphold the highest standards of public service, the Regional Mobile Force Battalion 15 (RMFB15) conducted its Monthly Ranks Inspection on March 13, 2025, at the Police Regional Office-Cordillera (PRO-CAR) Basketball Court inside Camp Major Bado Dangwa.

PCPT ROBERT N AGDACA JR, the Admin Officer of RMFB15, led the inspection, which brought together the personnel of the Battalion Headquarters. The activity was primarily focused on ensuring the proper wearing of the Modified Patrol Uniform, strictly adhering to the guidelines set forth in PNP MC 2017-058, also known as "LOI Tamang Bihis."

The inspection served as a critical platform to assess the preparedness and overall appearance of the troops.

"Activities like this are fundamental in reminding our personnel that discipline begins with oneself. A sharp and proper uniform is a symbol of our pride and commitment to the organization and the people we serve," said PCPT AGDACA JR during the inspection.

The RMFB15 remains dedicated to continuous enhancement and strict adherence to PNP standard operating procedures, ensuring that its members remain a highly disciplined and professional force ready to respond to the needs of the public.

Strong Police Presence Ensures Safe Kawayan Festival Celebration

Under the banner of Aggressive and Honest Law Enforcement, personnel of the 1504th Maneuver Company, RMFB15 conducted area security operations at around 8:00 PM on March 8, 2026 during the Miss Abra 2026 pageant, one of the highlight events of the Kawayan Festival, held at the Abra Sports Complex, Brgy. Zone 3, Bangued, Abra.

The deployment was part of intensified security measures to ensure the safety of the public, maintain peace and order, and prevent any criminal or insurgent-related activities within the Area of Responsibility.

Through strong police presence and proactive security operations, RMFB15 continues to uphold its commitment to protect the community, allowing residents and visitors to celebrate the festival with confidence, freedom, and peace of mind.

The public is encouraged to remain vigilant and cooperate with authorities as we continue to strengthen our campaign against criminality and insurgency in the province.

Empowered girls today, leaders of tomorrow.

Sa diwa ng Women’s Month, ang Lakbay Kapayapaan ay patunay na kapag pinatatag ang kababaihan ngayon, mas matatag ang kinabukasan ng komunidad bukas.

Bilang pakikiisa sa National Women’s Month, matagumpay na nagsagawa ang mga kababaihang personnel ng Technical Support Company (TSC), Regional Mobile Force Battalion 15, kasama ang BHQ personnel at ang Zonta Club of Baguio, ng programang “Lakbay Kapayapaan” na may temang “Shaping Tomorrow’s Leaders Today” para sa 70 babaeng Grade 10 na mag-aaral ng Roxas National High School sa Baguio City noong Marso 6, 2026.

Layunin ng aktibidad na palakasin at bigyang-kakayahan ang mga kabataang babae sa pamamagitan ng pagbibigay ng kaalaman, kamalayan, at mga praktikal na kasanayan upang maging kumpiyansa, responsable, at matatag na mga lider sa hinaharap.

Kabilang sa mga paksang tinalakay ang Self-Defense Training, Bullying at Cyberbullying Awareness, Republic Act 11313 o Safe Spaces (Anti-Bastos) Law, at Anti-Terrorism Awareness. Nagbahagi rin ng mga impormatibong materyales upang higit pang mapalalim ang kanilang kaalaman sa mga nabanggit na paksa.

Sa pamamagitan ng mga ganitong inisyatibo, patuloy nating sinusuportahan at pinapalakas ang kababaihan at kabataang babae, itinataguyod ang kanilang kaligtasan, dignidad, at aktibong papel sa pagbuo ng mas maunlad na bansa.

Sa pagpapalakas ng kababaihan ngayon, hinuhubog natin ang mas matatag at mas ligtas na komunidad para sa kinabukasan.

Pagpapatibay ng Pamumuno: Assumption of Office sa 1504th Maneuver Company

Isang makabuluhang yugto ng pamumuno ang nasaksihan sa ginanap na Assumption of Office Ceremony ngayong Pebrero 26, 2026 na pinangunahan ni PLTCOL JOEY JONATHAN B BAGAYAO, Acting Force Commander ng RMFB15, para sa bagong talagang Company Commander ng 1504th Maneuver Company, RMFB15 na si PCPT DENVER S LITDOG.

Ang seremonya ay ginanap sa PRO CAR Quartering Facility, Camp Major Bado Dangwa, at dinaluhan ni PLTCOL DEXTER A SIMON, Deputy Force Commander, kasama ang mga opisyal at personnel ng RMFB15 Battalion Headquarters.

Sa kanyang mensahe, binigyang-diin ni PLTCOL BAGAYAO ang kahalagahan ng responsableng pamumuno, pagkakaisa, at patuloy na dedikasyon sa mandato ng Philippine National Police, ang mapanatili ang kapayapaan at kaayusan sa komunidad. Ang pagtatalaga kay PCPT LITDOG ay sumisimbolo ng pagtitiwala ng organisasyon sa kanyang kakayahan na pangunahan ang 1504th MC tungo sa mas pinaigting na operasyon, mas matatag na disiplina, at mas malalim na ugnayan sa mamamayan.

Ang okasyong ito ay hindi lamang simpleng pagpapalit ng liderato, kundi pagpapatibay ng iisang layunin, ang magsilbi nang may integridad, tapang, at malasakit para sa bawat kailyan.

Sa RMFB15, ang pamumuno ay hindi lamang posisyon, ito ay pananagutan. At sa bawat bagong yugto, nananatili ang ating pangako: Serbisyong Mabilis, Tapat at Nararamdaman.

Operating Troops Discover Abandoned CTG Cache in Mountain Province

Tadian, Mountain Province — Operating troops successfully discovered an abandoned cache belonging to the Communist Terrorist Group (CTG), believed to have been hidden by the dismantled Komiteng Larangang Guerilla (KLG) AMPIS MOL around two (2) years ago.
The recovered items were immediately transported by the Quick Reaction Team (QRT) to the Headquarters, 1502nd Maneuver Company, Regional Mobile Force Battalion 15 (RMFB15) at Babalaan, Población, Tadian, Mountain Province for further documentation and proper disposition.

This successful recovery was made possible through sustained engagements with former CTG members and surrenderers, who provided valuable information on the remaining lairs, physical bases, and repositories of the dismantled group. It forms part of the intensified intelligence gathering and monitoring efforts in support of the province’s peace and development initiatives.

Authorities reaffirm their commitment to ensure the safety and security of local communities, stressing that the recovery of such materials significantly weakens the operational capacity of the CTG remnants in the area.
