On September 11, 2026, the newly elected City College of Bayugan College Student Government (CCB-CSG) held its 1st Monthly Meeting.

The meeting brought student leaders together to listen, exchange ideas, raise concerns, identify priorities, and begin shaping plans for the CCB student community.

Behind every position is a responsibility. Behind every discussion is a student voice. And behind every plan is the commitment to make student life better.

There is still much to learn, many concerns to address, and countless ideas waiting to become action. But every meaningful administration begins with a first step.

This was that step.

The successful completion of Phase 1 of the Commission on Human Rights Innovation Lab – Confab Year 4 marks an important milestone for City College of Bayugan Student Government Pitching Team.

We sincerely thank Friedrich Naumann Foundation, through Ms. Yan, and the Commission on Human Rights (CHR), led by Atty. Cembrano, for their trust, support, and commitment to empowering future innovators.

Our heartfelt appreciation also to Sir Ed Son, whose vision and initiative paved the way for the establishment of the CHR Innovation Lab (CHR iLab)—a groundbreaking platform that bridges creativity, advocacy, and innovation.

The City College of Bayugan proudly support the Health Awareness Symposium, spearheaded by Ma’am Carolynne Caballo-Timogan our school nurse.

With one voice and one goal, CCB Student Government, PASOA, BEPED, and AECES stand together in support of the HIV/STD Activity Symposium to promote awareness, prevention, education, and compassion for all.

Together, let’s break the stigma and inspire positive change in our community.
