The applicants should have the following qualifications.
1. Contestants must be a resident of ๐๐ฎ๐๐ผ, ๐๐ฎ๐บ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ป๐ฒ๐ ๐ฆ๐๐ฟ.
2. Contestants must be ๐ญ๐ด ๐๐ผ ๐ฎ๐ฑ ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐ฎ๐ด๐ฒ, non-professionals in the field of pageantry.
4. Contestants must have a good moral and pleasing personality.
5. Contestants must be in good mental, psychological and physical health.
6. Contestants must have not engaged in prostitution or any such act which can be deemed as similar or related there to;
7. Contestants must have no other involvement or title in any beauty competitions barangay and upper level.

1. All the applicants shall submit the necessary requirements and pass during the Screening Day which will be held on ๐๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ถ๐น ๐ฒ, ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฑ, ๐ด:๐ฌ๐ฌ ๐.๐ ๐ฎ๐ ๐ญ๐ผ๐ป๐ฒ ๐ฎ, ๐๐ผ๐๐๐ฑ๐ฎ๐ป, ๐๐๐ฎ๐ฐ๐๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ฒ๐ฟ to be called as the Official Candidates. Applicants after the scheduled Screening Day will not be accepted or entertained.
2. All questions/clarifications and other pertinent things related to screening shall be honored by the Screening Committee before the announcement of the Official Candidates. Their decisions shall be final and irrevocable.
3. Any Official Candidate that withdraws her participation without any valid reason during the event shall pay the amount of Three Thousand pesos(๐ฃ๐ต๐ฝ ๐ฏ,๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ฌ.๐ฌ๐ฌ) as penalty.
4. The following are the Major and Minor Awards to be given with corresponding Prize:

5. Only the result signed and approved by the Board of Judges and announced by the host shall be honored and considered final and irrevocable.
6. In the event of tie for the position and award, only one candidate will be proclaimed as winner of the position or award. Only the candidate and her handlers can raise their appeal if there is any.
7. All the candidates can be awarded with the minor, major awards, and titles.
8.The first 15 candidates will be entertained during the screening.
