Big congratulations to Our very own LOVE SAN JUAN ZumbaNanays who showcased their talent on Zumba Dancing and won 1st Runner Up 🥇 on Women’s Month Celebration held last March 27, 2026 at Bato, Camarines Sur. Also to Mrs. Jenny Pasadilla for being one of the best dancer on the Dance showdown. Also big thanks and congratulations to Karl Nathaniel Pili Sandrino the proud trainer of the LoveSanJuan Zumbananay.

A native of San Juan, Bato, Camarines Sur, Maria Belma Talagtag Turla exemplifies dedication, integrity, and excellence in public service.

Ms. Turla began her career in 1989 as an Accounting Clerk at the Land Bank of the Philippines. Through hard work and unwavering commitment, she steadily rose through the ranks serving as Financial Specialist, Chief of Division, and Department Manager before earning her appointment as Senior Vice President in 2021. Her decades-long service reflects not only professional competence but also deep institutional knowledge and trusted leadership.

Beyond her role at LandBank, she also serves as Director of UCPB Savings Bank, Inc. since 2022, further contributing her expertise to the Philippine banking sector.

A strong believer in lifelong learning, Ms. Turla earned her Bachelor of Science in Commerce, Major in Accounting, from the University of Nueva Caceres in 1987. She later completed her Master’s in Public Administration in 2016 at the Philippine Christian University and underwent executive training through the Leadership Development Program of the Ateneo Graduate School of Business.

Her journey from a proud Batoeña to a Senior Vice President of LandBank stands as an inspiring testament to perseverance, excellence, and the power of humble beginnings.

Ang Sangguniang Barangay ng San Juan, Bato, Camarines Sur ay lubos na ng papasalamat sa mga tao sa likod ng proyekto ng pagpapaayos ng kalsada sa Sitio Buraburan, San Juan, Bato, Camarines Sur.
Sa inisyatibo ng Sangguniang Barangay ng San Juan, Bato, Camarines Sur sa pangunguna ng Punong Barangay ay naisumite ang isang Resolution sa tanggapan ng Pamahalaang Bayan Ng Bato noong June 3, 2024 at sa inisyatibo ni Ex Municipal "Mayor JunJun Landagan Zorilla na kung saan sya ay naglaan ng 2,000,000.00 na manggagaling sa Municipal Development Fund. Dumaan ito sa maraming MDC meeting at ito ay naaprubahan bago matapos ang kanyang termino.
At sa kasalukuyan ang nasabing nasabing proyektong pagsasaayos ng kalsada sa sitio buraburan ay naipagpatuloy sa kasalukuyang liderato ni Mayor Enric L. Dancalan.
Kami po ang Barangay San Juan ay lubos na nagpapasalamat sa inyo Former Mayor JunJun Landagan Zorilla and Mayor Enric L. Dancalan sa pagbigay ng proyektong na nanggaling sa LGU Fund.
Kami po ay muling umaasa na mabigyan muli ng proyekto upang matapos ang pagsasaayos ng kalsada ng Sitio Buraburan.
