๐ข CALL FOR APPLICATIONS | 5TH ASEAN YOUTH DIALOGUE 2026 AND INTERFACE WITH ASEAN LEADERS
The Philippines, through the National Youth Commission (NYC), will host the 5th ASEAN Youth Dialogue and ASEAN Leadersโ Interface with ASEAN Youth on the sidelines of the ASEAN Summit, to be held from May 5 to 10, 2026, in Manila, Philippines. The program will nominate and select twenty (20) Filipino youth delegates to represent the Philippines.
Out of the 20 selected delegates, two (2) Filipino youth delegates will be chosen to participate in the Interface with ASEAN Leaders.

Qualifications of Youth Delegates:
โข Filipino citizen currently residing in the Philippines;
โข Single, 18โ30 years old;
โข Has a good command of written and spoken English;
โข Has a valid passport and 2x2 inches ID picture;
โข Must be vaccinated with anti-COVID vaccine with at least one booster shot; and
โข Must be able to attend and participate in the program proper and travel to Manila, Philippines.
๐ Preferred Background/s:
a. Students (university/college, vocational education, or training institutions)
b. Entrepreneurs or social entrepreneurs
c. Young professionals working in government, academe and research, private sector, NGOs, or international organizations
d. Youth with interest or expertise in peacebuilding and security, economy, Information, Communication, and Technology (ICT), as well as inclusive and sustainable development, focusing on digital transformation and people empowerment would be an advantage
e. Individuals with experience in volunteerism, advocacy work, or participation in national and ASEAN youth development programs; Applicants from non-governmental organizations actively involved in youth development across ASEAN member states are highly encouraged to apply.

โข Scanned copy of passport valid until December 10, 2026 (upload via Google Form)
โข Certification from organization/school/employer
โข Updated Curriculum Vitae (upload via Google Form)
โข Scanned copy of anti-COVID vaccine certificate/card
๐ Expenses:
The organizer will provide:
โข Accommodation
โข Meals
โข Actual transportation expenses not exceeding PHP 15,000.00
โ The following are automatically disqualified:
โข Participants of NYC-coordinated international programs from May 10, 2024, up to the present whose airfare, accommodation, and meals were paid for by the organizer;
โข Participants of NYC-coordinated international programs from May 10, 2025, up to the present whose airfare was shouldered by the participants but whose accommodation and meals were paid for by the organizer;
โข Previous NYC International Programs beneficiaries who have not submitted or completed the required post-program obligations and volunteer work hours;
โข Applicants with incomplete requirements (follow-up submissions will not be entertained after the deadline).
