𝐀𝐍𝐔𝐍𝐒𝐘𝐎: Alinsunod sa Proklamasyon Blg. 1189, s. 2026, na nagdedeklara sa Marso 20, 2026 (Biyernes) bilang regular holiday kaugnay ng paggunita ng Eid'l Fitr (Feast of Ramadan), suspendido ang operasyon ng Land Registration Authority Central Office at mga Registries of Deeds sa nasabing petsa.

Kaugnay nito, sa Marso 16–19, 2026 (Lunes hanggang Huwebes), magbabalik sa regular na iskedyul ng operasyon ang mga nasabing tanggapan, mula 8:00 n.u. hanggang 5:00 n.h.

CLOSURE OF OFFICE ON FRIDAY, 3 OCTOBER 2025

In order to give way to the retrofitting of the building, the Office of the Registry of Deeds, Batangas Province will be CLOSED on FRIDAY, 3 OCTOBER 2025, in preparation for the transfer of its operation to MC Building, located in front of Alpa Hotel, Tolentino Road, Kumintang Ibaba, Batangas City, on Monday, 6 October 2025.

Regular business in the new site will resume on 6 October 2025 from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Please bear with us as we complete the transition to our new building. We
appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

𝗔𝗗𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗢𝗥𝗬: Provided that the Province of Batangas is currently under Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 3 due to Severe Tropical Storm and as per the recommendation of the Department of the Interior and Local Government - Batangas, WORK in ALL GOVERNMENT OFFICES in the ENTIRE PROVINCE OF BATANGAS is hereby CANCELLED/SUSPENDED today, 26 September 2025.

However, frontline offices that are directly involved in disaster risk reduction and management, delivery of basic health services, as well as other vital services, SHALL MAINTAIN THEIR PHYSICAL OPERATIONS to ensure the CONTINUITY OF PUBLIC SERVICE in the province.

Furthermore, all department heads of the Provincial Government of Batangas are strongly advised to report for duty.

The suspension of work in private companies and offices is left to the sound discretion of their respective employers.

𝐌𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐋𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 (𝐋𝐑𝐀) 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:

As reported by the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) on July 23, 2025, two tropical cyclones—Tropical Storm Dante and Tropical Depression Emong—are currently being monitored within the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR).

These weather systems are enhancing the southwest monsoon, bringing heavy rains especially over the western parts of Luzon. Their effects are expected to continue over the next few days, especially in the areas of Zambales, Bataan, and Occidental Mindoro.

Once again, we urge our colleagues and fellow citizens to remain cautious, stay alert, and follow official advisories issued by your local authorities.

Dahil sa presensya ng mga ito, mas pinalalakas po ang habagat na nagdadala ng matitinding pag-ulan, lalo na sa mga lugar sa kanlurang bahagi ng Luzon. Inaasahan po ang patuloy na epekto nito sa malaking bahagi ng rehiyon sa mga susunod na araw, lalong higit sa mga lugar ng Zambales, Bataan, at Occidental Mindoro.
