BARANGAYAN: Delivery of Basic Services
📍 Barangay Guinsang-an, Sto. Niño, South Cotabato
🗓️ May 21, 2026 | 🕗 8:00 AM | 📍 Guinsang-an Gymnasium

Together, let’s continue to uphold the spirit of genuine public service!

The Persons with Disability Affairs Office (PDAO) of the Municipality of Sto. Niño successfully conducted the distribution of two wheelchairs to PWD beneficiaries, an initiative led by our Municipal Mayor Hon. Sulpicio F. Villalobos with the assistance of the PWD Focal Person, Daryl M. Tabotabo. This handover highlights the local government's unwavering commitment to fostering an inclusive environment where physical barriers are minimized and every citizen is empowered to move with greater independence. By prioritizing the delivery of these essential assistive devices, the administration and the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO) continue to champion the dignity and well-being of the most vulnerable members of the community, ensuring that progress in Sto. Niño is felt by all.
