Please be informed that, in connection with the observance of National Dengue Awareness Month and the implementation of the โ€œ๐‘ป๐’†๐’‘๐’๐’Œ ๐‘ณ๐’‚๐’Ž๐’๐’Œ, ๐‘ซ๐’†๐’๐’ˆ๐’–๐’† ๐‘บ๐’‚๐’‘๐’๐’Œโ€ 4:00 Oโ€™Clock Habit, the working hours of the Municipal Government of Bansalan for the entire month of June 2026 shall be as follows:

All Municipal Government officials and employees shall devote the period from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM to anti-dengue activities in their respective offices, homes, immediate surroundings, and/or communities, as may be applicable.

The barangays, national government agencies, schools, private establishments, and the general public are encouraged to conduct daily clean-up activities at 4:00 PM for the whole month of June to eliminate possible breeding places of dengue-carrying mosquitoes.

Itinuturing na iligal ang isang negosyo kung ito ay walang kaukulang Mayorโ€™s Permit, lalo na kung kulang ito ng Fire Safety Inspection Certificate na mahalagang requirement sa pagkuha ng permit.

Dahil dito, may kapangyarihan ang lokal na pamahalaan na maglabas ng kautusan para sa agarang pagpapasara ng naturang establisemyento. Alinsunod sa Fire Code of the Philippines, maaari ring patawan ng multa ang may-ari o administrador ng negosyo dahil sa paglabag sa itinakdang regulasyon.

Upang maiwasan ang ganitong suliranin, kinakailangang tiyakin ng mga negosyante na kumpleto ang kanilang mga permit, kabilang ang Fire Safety Inspection Certificate, upang maging legal at ligtas ang kanilang operasyon.
