✨ Day 1 of 2 Successfully Conducted! ✨

The TECH4ED Digital Transformation Center – Level 1, Municipality of Baler, Aurora successfully conducted Day 1 of the Digital Literacy Training titled “Lead Like the Babaylans: Filipina – Wise, Safe, and Confident in the Digital World.”

This activity empowers women to become digitally informed, responsible, and confident leaders in today’s online world. Through learning and collaboration, participants are taking steps toward becoming modern Filipina Babaylans—strong, wise, and empowered in the digital age.

This initiative is held in line with the celebration of Women’s Month 2026, promoting women's empowerment through digital knowledge and skills.

"We are pleased to present the accomplishments of the Tech4ED Digital Transformation Center Level 1 of the Municipality of Baler, Aurora for 2025.

On March 31, the center conducted the training “Women and Technology: A Pathway to Digital Independence.”
This was followed by the Cyber Empowerment: Digital Literacy for Resilient and Inclusive Communities training on June 24–25, and an Orientation on PNPKI on June 30.

From July 21–25, the training “Digital Governance: A Barangay Guide to Google Workspace Tools” was held, and from August 4–8, the LGU participated in the eLGU System Deployment: Admin and System Set-Up Training.

Another milestone was achieved on September 3–5 with the training “Digital Empowerment: Learn, Protect, and Connect.”
This was followed by the General Virtual Assistance 2.0 Training – Batch 2 from October 23–29, and the Digital Services Governance and Management training on October 29–31.

These activities highlight the continued commitment of the Tech4ED Center in advancing digital skills and supporting the community’s digital transformation journey.

On this day, in behalf of Ms. Rhodora M. Bernalte, we recognize Mr. Mario DT. Salabao Jr., IT Staff of LGU Baler and Assistant Center Manager of the Tech4ED Digital Transformation Center Level 1 of the Municipality of Baler, Aurora, for his dedication and leadership in successfully implementing these initiatives.

Tech4ed Digital Transformation Center Level 1 Municipality of Baler, represented by Mario DT. Salabao Jr. and Rose Vernique P. Rada, received a plaque of recognition as an outstanding partner of DICT Region 3 for its commitment, innovative efforts in advancing digital inclusion, and exemplary contributions to empowering communities, embodying the spirit of Digital Bayanihan during the DICT Region 3 (Central Luzon) Stakeholders Summit 2025 held at the Hotel Seoul, Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga.
