Service Through Leadership: Enrollment Assistance and Campus Safety Operations – June 1, 2026

Following the conduct of the BCNHS Enrollment for School Year on 2026-2027 June 1, 2026, the Color Cadets were assigned to assist in maintaining order and ensuring the smooth flow of students and parents throughout the enrollment process.

Throughout the activity, the cadets remained vigilant and responsive to the needs of enrollees and school personnel. By maintaining order, assisting with crowd control, and promoting safety within the campus, the unit contributed to an organized and efficient enrollment process. The activity reflected the cadets' commitment to discipline, service, and leadership, reminding them that true leadership is best demonstrated through selfless service to others.

This rank is not merely a title, but a testament to enduring discipline, unwavering commitment, and the resilience forged through rigorous training and demanding circumstances. Throughout my journey, I have faced intense pressure, countless hardships, and trials that have tested both character and resolve.

Through these experiences, I have learned that true leadership is grounded in discipline, integrity, and the ability to remain steadfast in the face of adversity. Every challenge has strengthened my sense of duty and reinforced my responsibility to lead by example.

I stand guided by a principle that defines our corps: no one is left behind. We advance as one unit, bound by trust, loyalty, and shared purpose.

I am Cadet Lieutenant Colonel Amolar Elias Jophen from the Bagwis-Tanglaw Class, 2025-2026. Before joining the SHS Color Cadets, I had prior similar experiences in JHS Color Cadets and BSP, however nothing could have prepared me for the training I had experienced in becoming a fully fledged officer of the SHS Color Cadets.

My journey was filled with hardships that served as a catalyst for my improvement. Although it was difficult, I managed to overcome adversities with the help of the people who stayed by me and made me push my limits.

And now that I am officially signing off as the Lieutenant Colonel of BCHS SHS Color Cadets, I can now give way to future generations inorder for them to show discipline, integrity, and responsibility towards their schoolmates.

Some days I feel like quitting, but I remind myself that even the strongest dreams are built on the days I chose to keep going.
There were times when everything seemed heavy, when my goals were overshadowed by my concerns and my progress appeared to be slow. There were moments when it seemed simpler to give up than to keep going. However, I've discovered that comfort is not the place for progress. It occurs in the silent conflicts I have with myself, when I decide to get back up even when no one else is around.
Every obstacle, every setback, and every failure is a part of my journey. They are lessons that are making me stronger, wiser, and better equipped for the future rather than warning me to quit. Results don't always appear as quickly as I would want, and the route isn't always plain, but as long as I keep going, I know I'm getting closer.
My dreams weren’t built overnight. They are built through patience, discipline, and the courage to continue despite uncertainty. It’s about choosing to believe in myself, even on the days I feel lost.
So when things get hard, I take a deep breath and keep going. One step is enough. One effort is enough. I just refuse to stop.
Because one day, I’ll look back and realize that the days I almost gave up were the days that made me.

‎I am Battalion Adjutant S8, Galvez Eule C., a proud member of the Bagwis Tanglaw Class, Year 2025–2026. At first, I never really saw myself joining in CAT. My journey as a Color Guard Cadet has been filled with growth, discipline, and meaningful experiences. At first, I believed it was only about performing and carrying the flag, but I soon realized that it demands patience and strong commitment. There were moments when the training became exhausting, especially when I had to keep up with routines and remain focused, yet I chose to stay determined. Through these challenges, I became more confident in myself and more responsible in my actions. I also learned to carry myself with respect both inside and outside the field. Being part of the Color Guard taught me the true value of unity and perseverance, and these lessons will stay with me as I continue forward.

Becoming a cadet was once just a dream I never thought I would truly achieve. Today, I proudly stand as a graduate officer, carrying with me the growth, lessons, and strength I gained throughout the journey.

The path was filled with challenges that tested my discipline, endurance, and character. There were moments I wanted to give up, but I chose to keep going. In the process, I discovered what it really means to lead and to stay committed no matter how hard it gets.

I am thankful to God for guiding me, and to the people who supported me along the way. This experience has changed me into someone more disciplined and responsible.

As this chapter ends, I move forward with pride and gratitude. To those still on the journey, keep pushing and trust the process. Padayon.

I am Cadet 1st Lieutenant Sudais Gandamaser from the Bagwis Tanglaw Class, Year 2025–2026. I never expected to join CAT because army training was never something I was interested in. But as I watched my fellow cadets train during dismissals, I noticed their discipline. I saw how they pushed themselves even when tired. Their commitment inspired me, and over time, I found myself drawn into this path. Being appointed as an officer was an honor I did not anticipate, and I am deeply grateful for the trust given to me. The trainings were intense, and the responsibilities were not easy. Each challenge taught me how to lead with patience. I learned to stay strong even when the tasks were difficult.

I am thankful to God for giving me strength, and I am grateful to my fellow officers and dear cadets for their support and guidance. CAT has shaped me into a better and more disciplined person. As I move forward, I will carry these lessons with me. To my fellow cadets, continue to stand firm and give your best in every training. This is not a goodbye, but a salute to all of you.

I, Cadet Brigade Adjutant S2 Estigoy Charlee P. of Bagwis-Tanglaw Class of 2025-2026 I am a proud student of Baguio City High School - Senior High School. My journey in Citizenship Advancement Training (C.A.T) began when I was in grade 10. My experience was very tough and rough, and it was the best experience I had ever had. It showed me how to be strong and disciplined as a man. When I became a Senior it became harder because as a Technical Vocational Livelyhood (TVL) Student I needed to manage my time and I also had difficulties in managing my pos and my studies.

As a Plebe, training was a nostalgic experience. Filled with laughter and good memories. It requires discipline, patience, and a Physically maintained body. And to become a Plebe, it is a must and just for one to be in a good state and morality, with good manners and a grown heart and mind.

As a battalion Adjutant S2, My journey with each and one of you has been a very meaningful and a good life lesson that I’ll forever carry with me.

I, Cadet Battalion Adjutant S2 Akirah Carpio from Bagwis Tanglaw, Year 2025–2026, embraced this organization with courage and commitment. Along the way, I encountered challenges that tested my strength, but I remained steadfast through discipline and perseverance.
