𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁, 𝗔𝗹𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀.
Even in his remaining days as Municipal Mayor, Hon. Ronald “Pepot” V. Lara continues to embody the spirit of true public service—committed, consistent, and close to the people. Together with Punong Barangay Paulo Serra and Dr. Hannah Gerona-Monday of the Baganga Municipal Health Office, Mayor Pepot personally joined the Operation Tuli held at Lambajon Gym last May 19, one of the key venues for this municipal-wide health service initiative.

A second leg was held on May 21 in Salingcomot, ensuring both northern and southern barangays were served.

This initiative reminds us that healthcare remains a top priority, and that public service doesn’t stop—even near the finish line.

𝘉𝘢𝘨𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘢, 𝘋𝘢𝘷𝘢𝘰 𝘖𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘢𝘭

As Mayor of Baganga, I extend my heartfelt congratulations to the officially proclaimed elected officials of our municipality, and to the Provincial Board Members representing Baganga. Though their formal assumption of office and oath-taking are still a few weeks away, it is only right that we begin this transition with unity, dignity, and mutual respect.

To all government employees—whether job order, casual, or regular—I urge you to remain steadfast in your commitment to professionalism, integrity, and excellence in service. Let us offer our full support to our incoming leaders as they prepare to assume their responsibilities. Our loyalty must always be to the people and to the principles of good governance.

To my fellow Bagangeños, I ask the same: to embrace this new leadership with hope, cooperation, and an open heart. This is a time not for division, but for solidarity—for believing in the strength of a community united in purpose.

As your Mayor, I have always stood in support of any leader whose heart beats for the people.

We are raising a leader nga gikan sa masa ug para sa masa—a true pride of Baganga! Born to a humble family nga mag-uuma rooted in faith and respect, Pepot Lara’s public service is like pagpangalagad sa labawng makagagahom. For him, serving others is a form of prayer. Dili siya stranger kanato, nakaila kita niya isip 𝗮 𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗵𝘂𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲. He is not perfect, and he never claimed to be.
