October 14, 2024, the Municipal Ordinance No. 218, Series of 2023 was approved as expressed in the Sangguniang Panlalawigan Resolution No. 2337-2024: Approving CLUP and its corresponding ZO No. 218 Series of 2023 for Planning Year 2023-2032 of the Municipality of Argao and the same was made effective provided therein, the governing policies and regulations over the use of land in the Municipality.
Anent to this milestone, this office shall start the implementation of the Updated Comprehensive Land Use Plan & its corresponding Zoning Ordinance including but not limited to the amended Schedule of Regulatory Fees from its adaption of the Department of Human Settlement and Urban Development DHSUD (Formerly HLURB) the 2013 Schedule of Fees.
Herein referred the Processing Flow in undertaking the application for the issuance of Locational Clearance for Business Permit Renewal in the Municipality.
