Palungkada Elementary School Holds 26th Closing Exercises

Palungkada Elementary School successfully held its 26th Closing Exercises on March 31, 2026, celebrating the achievements, perseverance, and growth of its learners for the School Year 2025–2026. The momentous event was attended by proud parents, dedicated teachers, and supportive community stakeholders.
Anchored on the theme “Filipino Graduates: Prepared to Lead with Competence and Character,” this year’s ceremony underscored the importance of producing learners who are not only academically equipped but also grounded in values and leadership.
The event was graced by the keynote speaker, Mr. Carlos Q. Ramos, Teacher I of Calayucay Elementary School. In his inspiring message, Mr. Ramos emphasized the importance of hard work, resilience, and integrity among young learners. He encouraged the graduates to continue striving for excellence and to use their knowledge and skills in becoming responsible leaders of the future.
The confirmation of completers and graduates was solemnly conducted by Dr. Wilfreda S. Gamiao, Public School District Supervisor, followed immediatelly the distribution of certificates.
During the Recognition Program, Hon. Flordelino Cacayurin, Punong Barangay, delivered a message expressing his pride in the learners’ accomplishments and the school’s continued excellence. Following his address, he distributed cash incentives to learners who garnered recognitions in various contests, further motivating them to pursue excellence in both academic and extracurricular endeavors.
Highlights of the ceremony included the presentation of completers and graduates, awarding of honors and special recognitions, and heartfelt messages from selected learners who expressed gratitude and shared their aspirations. The event was filled with pride and emotion as families witnessed a significant milestone in the lives of their children.
