📢 PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT

Please be advised that due to the 4-day work week arrangement in the LGU offices, our office will now operate Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

However, field personnel, including meter readers and plumbers, will continue to follow a 5-day work week schedule.

On Saturdays and Sundays, plumbers are still available to respond to emergency repairs and maintenance.

Gusto namong ipahibalo sa tanan nga:

✅ Regulated ug Mubo ang Rate:
Base sa atong existing Municipal Ordinance, ang current water rates sa Anda Municipal Waterworks nagpabilin nga mubo ug kontrolado sumala sa ordinansa. Gi-attach namo niini nga post ang kopya sa opisyal nga ordinance para inyong masuta ug mapamatud-an.

✅ Actual Consumption, Dili Estimate:
Kung namatikdan ninyo nga nisaka ang inyong bayranan, kini tungod sa actual water consumption nga nipatak sa inyong metro. Ang atong billing gibase gayod sa actual reading, dili sa banabana o estimate.

Nganong usahay mosaka ang bill?

*Leakage: Adunay mga buslot sa linya sulod sa inyong property (human sa meter).

*Consumption Habit: Sobra nga paggamit sa tubig.

*Penalties: Ang dili pagbayad sa saktong bulan nagpasabot og dugang penalty fees.

📢 WATERWORKS ADVISORY

PAhibalo sa Tanan, we are currently experiencing water interruption due to unstable voltage supply affecting our pump in Caundang. Because of the fluctuating voltage from BOHECO, the pump frequently shuts off and usually operates only around 5:30 PM until early morning.

📍 Affected Areas:
• Suba
• Sayga
• Sta. Cruz
• Portion of Casica

At present, gi-utilize nato ang other reservoir para maka-augment sa affected areas kung down ang pumping station. Pero dili gyud enough ang pressure, labi na sa mga tumoy ug elevated areas sama sa Agso.

Ongoing pod ang maintenance sa atong generator set maong limitado atong backup supply. We are already coordinating with BOHECO to resolve the voltage issue on the supply side and are hoping that the generator set will be fully repaired by tomorrow.

We would like to remind all water consumers nga ang monthly water bill is a NOTICE only and NOT a condition for payment.

Bisan pa ug wala mo naka-receive ug printed bill, ang obligation to pay magpadayon gihapon kay continuous man ang water service ug consumption. We encourage everyone to monitor your water usage and settle your account monthly, with or without a physical bill.

Common reasons nganong dili madawat ang bill:
• sirado ang balay during distribution
• na-misplace ang bill
• change of occupant or address

For your convenience, open ra kanunay ang Municipal Waterworks Office for:

Daghan ta nadawat nga reklamo gikan sa mga konsumidor kabahin sa taas nga bayranan sa tubig. Gusto namo nga ipa-clarify nga ang inyong bill nagdepende ra gyud sa reading sa inyong metro kung pila ang gituyok niini, mao ra pud ang basehan sa inyong consumption.
