Ang โ€œ๐ญ๐š๐ค๐ข๐ฉ๐š๐ง ๐œ๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ญ๐ฎ๐ซ๐žโ€ ay nangyayari kapag ang mga problema, kasalanan, o abuso sa loob ng church ay tinatago, pinagtatakpan, o pinapaliit para lang maprotektahan ang image ng leader o ng organization.

Mukhang โ€œpeacefulโ€ sa labas, pero sa loob may unresolved sin at injustice.

Narito ang ilang katotohanan tungkol sa mapanganib na kulturang ito:

1. ๐๐ข๐ง๐š๐ฉ๐š๐ก๐š๐ฅ๐š๐ ๐š๐ก๐š๐ง ๐š๐ง๐  ๐‘๐ž๐ฉ๐ฎ๐ญ๐š๐ฌ๐ฒ๐จ๐ง ๐ค๐š๐ฒ๐ฌ๐š ๐Š๐š๐ญ๐จ๐ญ๐จ๐ก๐š๐ง๐š๐ง

Sa takipan culture, ang iniisip ay:
โ€œHuwag na nating ilabas ito para hindi masira ang pangalan ng church.โ€

Pero ang Biblia ay nagtuturo na ang katotohanan ang nagdadala ng kalayaan.

John 8:32 โ€“ โ€œThen you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.โ€

2. ๐‡๐ข๐ง๐๐ข ๐๐š๐š๐š๐ฒ๐จ๐ฌ ๐š๐ง๐  ๐๐ซ๐จ๐›๐ฅ๐ž๐ฆ๐š

Kapag tinatakpan ang kasalanan o maling gawain, hindi ito nawawala, lumalala lang ito.

Proverbs 28:13 โ€“ โ€œAng nagtatakip ng kanyang kasalanan ay hindi magtatagumpay, ngunit ang nagtatapat at tumatalikod dito ay makatatanggap ng awa.โ€

3. ๐๐š๐ฐ๐š๐ฐ๐š๐ฅ๐š ๐š๐ง๐  ๐€๐œ๐œ๐จ๐ฎ๐ง๐ญ๐š๐›๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ

Sa ganitong kultura, ang mga leaders ay napoprotektahan kahit mali na sila, dahil ayaw ng iba na magkaroon ng conflict.

Pero ang biblical leadership ay may accountability at correction.

1 Timothy 5:20 โ€“ Ang nagkakasala ay dapat sawayin sa harap ng lahat upang matakot ang iba.

4. ๐๐š๐ฌ๐š๐ฌ๐š๐ค๐ญ๐š๐ง ๐š๐ง๐  ๐ฆ๐ ๐š ๐“๐š๐จ

Kapag may injustice o abuso pero tinatakpan lang, ang mga nasaktan ay walang boses at walang justice.
Ito ay nagdudulot ng spiritual damage sa mga miyembro.

5. ๐”๐ง๐ญ๐ข-๐ฎ๐ง๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐๐š๐ฌ๐š๐ฌ๐ข๐ซ๐š ๐š๐ง๐  ๐‚๐ก๐ฎ๐ซ๐œ๐ก

Ang takipan culture ay parang termite sa kahoy, hindi agad nakikita pero dahan-dahang sinisira ang buong structure.

Luke 12:2 โ€“ โ€œWalang bagay na natatago na hindi mahahayag.โ€

๐€๐ง๐  ๐‡๐ž๐š๐ฅ๐ญ๐ก๐ฒ ๐‚๐ก๐ฎ๐ซ๐œ๐ก ๐‚๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ญ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ž:
- May transparency
- May repentance at restoration
- May accountability sa leaders at members
- Mas mahal ang katotohanan kaysa reputasyon

Ang church ay hindi tinatawag na perpekto, pero tinatawag itong tapat sa katotohanan at handang magsisi

"According to Psychologists, there are four types of Intelligence:

1) Intelligence Quotient (IQ)
2) Emotional Quotient (EQ)
3) Social Quotient (SQ)
4) Adversity Quotient (AQ)

1. Intelligence Quotient (IQ): this is the measure of your level of comprehension. You need IQ to solve maths, memorize things, and recall lessons.

2. Emotional Quotient (EQ): this is the measure of your ability to maintain peace with others, keep to time, be responsible, be honest, respect boundaries, be humble, genuine and considerate.

3. Social Quotient (SQ): this is the measure of your ability to build a network of friends and maintain it over a long period of time.

People that have higher EQ and SQ tend to go further in life than those with a high IQ but low EQ and SQ. Most schools capitalize on improving IQ levels while EQ and SQ are played down.

A man of high IQ can end up being employed by a man of high EQ and SQ even though he has an average IQ.

Your EQ represents your Character, while your SQ represents your Charisma. Give in to habits that will improve these three Qs, especially your EQ and SQ.

Now there is a 4th one, a new paradigm:

4. The Adversity Quotient (AQ): The measure of your ability to go through a rough patch in life, and come out of it without losing your mind.

When faced with troubles, AQ determines who will give up, who will abandon their family, and who will consider su***de.

Parents please expose your children to other areas of life than just Academics. They should adore manual labour (never use work as a form of punishment), Sports and Arts.

Develop their IQ, as well as their EQ, SQ and AQ. They should become multifaceted human beings able to do things independently of their parents.

Finally, do not prepare the road for your children. Prepare your children for the road."

Fable: DON'T ARGUE WITH DONKEYS

The donkey said to the tiger:

"The grass is blue".

The tiger replied:

- "No, the grass is green."

The discussion heated up, and the two decided to submit him to arbitration, and for this they went before the lion, the King of the Jungle.

Already before reaching the forest clearing, where the lion was sitting on his throne, the donkey began to shout:

- "His Highness, is it true that the grass is blue?".

The lion replied:

"True, the grass is blue."

The donkey hurried and continued:

"The tiger disagrees with me and contradicts and annoys me, please punish him."

The king then declared:

- "The tiger will be punished with 5 years of silence."

The donkey jumped cheerfully and went on his way, content

and repeating:

- "The Grass Is Blue"...

The tiger accepted his punishment, but before he asked the lion:

- "Your Majesty, why have you punished me?, after all, the grass is green."

The lion replied:

- "In fact, the grass is green."

The tiger asked:

"So why are you punishing me?".

The lion replied:

- "That has nothing to do with the question of whether the grass is blue or green.

The punishment is because it is not possible for a brave and intelligent creature like you to waste time arguing with a donkey, and on top of that come and bother me with that question."

The worst waste of time is arguing with the fool and fanatic who does not care about truth or reality, but only the victory of his beliefs and illusions. Never waste time on arguments

that don't make sense...

There are people who, no matter how much evidence and evidence we present to them, are not in the capacity to understand, and others are blinded by ego, hatred and resentment, and all they want is to be right even if they are not.

When ignorance screams, intelligence is silent. Your peace and quietness are worth more.

1. Never shake hand while sitting.

2. Never talk bad about the food when you are the guest.

3. Don't eat the last piece of something you didn't buy.

4. Protect who is behind you and respect who is beside you.

5. Never make the first offer in a negotiation.

6. Don't take credit for the work you didn't do.

7. Dress well, no matter what the occasion.

8. Speak honestly: say what you think and mean what you say.

9. Ask more than you answer.

10. Leave the profane language for the less educated.

11. Avoid placing your phone on the table when eating with someone.

12. Listen, smile and most of all make eye contact.

13. If you're not invited, don't ask to go.

14. Never be ashamed of where you come from.

15. Don't beg for a relationship.
