CABAGAN, Isabela — Isabela Provincial Administrator Hon. Atty. Christopher A. Mamauag called on education leaders to lead with compassion and promote literacy during the 7th Regular Management Committee (ManCom) Meeting held on July 28 at the Cabagan Convention Center.

“It is often the least who need us the most. As leaders, we are called to serve with compassion, humility, and a genuine concern for others,” Mamauag stressed.

He also urged leaders to champion a culture of reading, emphasizing that literacy opens opportunities and strengthens communities through lifelong learning under Project TOPI.

CABAGAN, Isabela — Hon. Atty. Christopher A. Mamauag, Provincial Administrator (PA) of the Provincial Government of Isabela, urged education leaders to embrace servant leadership that goes beyond organizational responsibilities when he delivered his inspirational message at the 7th Regular Management Committee (ManCom) Meeting at the Cabagan Convention Center in Cabagan, Isabela, July 28.

PA Mamauag emphasized that true public service is measured not only by the fulfillment of official functions but also by genuine concern for the welfare of the community.

“The ManCom should look beyond its organizational responsibilities and embrace the welfare of the entire community. We should not focus solely on our official duties but also on our calling as children of God,” he said.

The Provincial Administrator reminded participants that leadership is rooted in compassion, humility, and a deep commitment to those who are often overlooked.

“It is often the least who need us the most. As leaders, we are called to serve with compassion, humility, and a genuine concern for others,” he stressed.

PA Mamauag also advocated the importance of cultivating a strong reading culture, emphasizing that reading equips individuals with knowledge, broadens perspectives, and opens doors to greater opportunities.

He encouraged leaders to become champions of literacy in their respective communities, recognizing it as a powerful instrument for personal growth and community development.

PA Mamauag is the proponent of Project TOPI, a literacy initiative of the Municipality of Cabagan that promotes reading and lifelong learning among learners and members of the community. Through the initiative, he continues to champion literacy as a foundation for empowerment, educational advancement, and inclusive development.

This achievement reflects the strong collaboration and commitment of all departments in delivering efficient, reliable, and high-quality public service to international standards.

The Provincial Administrator’s Office extends its sincere appreciation to all employees for their dedication and hard work in sustaining this milestone. 👏

𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊 | Guest Speaker at Santo Tomas Fiesta 2026

Hon. Atty. Christopher A. Mamauag, Provincial Administrator of Isabela, served as Guest Speaker during the 2026 Town Fiesta of Santo Tomas, highlighted by the Mutya ng Santo Tomas Night held on March 18, 2026.

In his message, Atty. Mamauag emphasized the importance of unity, shared responsibility, and collective action in achieving sustained progress anchored on this year’s theme, “Naperulay nga Pattaradday, Imammo anna Progreso ta Ngangangay.”

He also expressed his gratitude to the Local Government Unit of Santo Tomas, led by Hon. Mayor Leandro Antonio P. Talaue and Vice Mayor Antonio M. Talaue, for the warm welcome and for their steadfast leadership in advancing the welfare of their constituents.
