The SKMF Kalibo, headed by President Riel Bernardo T. Militar, together with the Chairperson of the Committee on Gender and Development, Hon. Dave Gamayao and Hon. Cibie P. Magsisi conducted a committee meeting regarding Resolution #008-2026, titled "Resolution Institutionalizing Mental Health Awareness Sessions in all Barangays in the Municipality of Kalibo." The meeting featured a distinguished guest from PEEREd Kalibo and the GAD Office.
