SK Chairperson John Rainier P. Omlero has been recommended and is now a member of the Provincial Advisory Group for Police Transformation and Development in Abra (PAGPTD-ABRA), serving as the representative of the youth sector.

As a youth representative, he will have the opportunity to contribute the perspectives and concerns of the youth in discussions and initiatives focused on police transformation, community partnership, and public service in Abra.

SK Nagtipulan recognizes this as an opportunity to strengthen youth participation in matters concerning peace, security, and community development.

What a game! Cluster 2 – Pawan, Skwela, Purok Bayubay pulled off a thrilling 94–93 victory over Cluster 1 in the Inter-Cluster Basketball Competition in celwbration of Linggo ng Kabataan 2026.

With Cluster 1 leading in the final 7 seconds, Mr. Castaneda delivered the game-winning basket, completing a dramatic comeback and sealing the championship for Cluster 2!
