When school aged children, youth and their families need help with restoring and strengthening their relationships at home, AFC provides individual, family and group counseling and case management. Services are provided in the home, at school, or in our office for up to 12 weeks.

An amazing story of resilience and grit! This young lady completed The Bridge Transitional Living Program and went on to join the Air Force and is on her way to Hawaii to do aircraft maintenance!!! We are so proud of her pure determination to achieve her goals!!
