What a day we had celebrating your marriage at on 28.05.2026.

With winter almost upon us, we couldn't have asked for a more beautiful day. The sun was shining, the colours were incredible, and the venue looked absolutely stunning.

There were plenty of tears of joy throughout the ceremony as family and friends watched Hannah and Kane make it official. It was an absolute privilege to be part of such a special moment as their celebrant and DJ.

Once the formalities were out of the way, we got the party started early and the dance floor didn't stop all night. From singalongs to throwbacks, dance classics to crowd favourites, we played just about every genre you could think of and somehow it all worked perfectly.

A fantastic couple, an amazing group of family and friends, and one seriously memorable night.

Thanks for having me along for the ride, Hannah & Kane. Wishing you both a lifetime of happiness together ❤️

Mark & Karolina 💍✨

Huge congratulations to these two legends who got married on April 26th, 2026.

After winning the Tui Hills Expo Grand Prize, they walked into this day with an amazing lineup of extras, and I was lucky enough to be part of it as their celebrant, MC and DJ. Honestly, what a day.

There was so much heart in this wedding. Beautiful Polish traditions woven through the ceremony, a massive loving family, and a group of guests who were all in from the start. The dancefloor showed that pretty quickly.

We somehow pulled off an end of April photoshoot as well, which is no small feat. It was cold, but they absolutely owned it. Massive respect to Karolina for pushing through that, and Jonathan Suckling captured it all so well.

was the perfect setting, and I was genuinely proud to be there and help however I could across the day.

Mark & Karolina, thank you for trusting me with such a big role. It meant a lot. Wishing you both an awesome life together ❤️

Be on the lookout for the next expo at estate and you just might have the same luck!

Callum and Kathy were married on March 22nd 2026 at , and I had the pleasure of being their celebrant, MC, and DJ.

It was meant to be a rainy day, but instead we ended up with one of the sunniest days possible. Friends and family came together to celebrate these two and it made for a genuinely beautiful atmosphere.

The day had a bit of everything, photos, speeches, dancing, and plenty of great moments in between. Overall just a wonderful time as Callum and Kathy said “I do”.

Congrats to and Clayton who were married on March 28th 2026 at and I had the pleasure of being their celebrant, MC, and DJ.

It was one of those days that just felt easy. Relaxed, casual, and completely focused on what mattered most to them, getting all their people together in one place. Having four generations of family there made it feel pretty special.

The speeches struck that perfect balance between heartfelt and a little bit raunchy, which suited the room perfectly. There wasn’t even a first dance planned, but by the end of the night one naturally happened anyway.

The whole day flew by, the kind you wish you could hit pause on for a bit longer!

Congrats to Johnny liu and who were married last Saturday, March 14th 2026 at on Waiheke Island, and I had the pleasure of being their Celebrant, MC, and DJ.

From the ceremony through to the dance floor, it was a day full of energy. Beautiful and funny vows had everyone both laughing and tearing up, and the celebration just kept building from there.

The guests brought the party, costumes made an appearance, and we danced well into the early hours of the morning. Everything came together perfectly and it’s one of those nights that won’t be forgotten anytime soon.

I had a great time at the West Auckland Wedding Showcase over the weekend at . It was a really nice atmosphere with some wonderful vendors and lots of couples in the middle of planning their wedding day.

What I enjoyed most was how relaxed it all felt. No hard sells, just good conversations, networking, sharing experiences, and swapping a few tips and tricks that might help couples along the journey.

Events like this are a great reminder of how many talented people are involved in making weddings happen, and how much everyone genuinely wants to help couples create a day that feels like them.

Vanessa Gundy and Marc Cabanada are officially Mr and Mrs Cabanada at the wonderful .

They were married on March 25th, 2025, and even though a little time has passed, their wedding is absolutely still worth celebrating. I had the privilege of being their Celebrant, MC, and DJ, and it was such a special day to be part of.

From the very beginning it felt personal and full of heart. They even hid pens under guests’ seats to decide who their witnesses would be, which was such a fun way to include everyone and sparked plenty of laughs. I also had my first taste of lechon, which absolutely lived up to the hype!

The day was rich with tradition, including the candle, cord, and veil ceremony, and all the warmth, joy, and energy you’d hope for in a Filipino wedding. So much laughter, so much love, and a dance floor that delivered.

Vanessa and Marc, congratulations again. Mr and Mrs Cabanada has a very nice ring to it.
