Basista Bhandari Samaj

Basista Bhandari Samaj Based on this provision of the constitution Basistha Bhandari Samaj, Branch Committee Kathmandu Has been organized in 2007.

Basistha Bhandari Samaj, Kathmandu is a non-governmental organization established in 1997 for the welfare of Basistha Bhandaries and develop networks and coordinate all the Basistha Bhandaries establishing cordial relation among them. According to the constitution of the organization, the branches can be established in those areas where interested Basistha Bhandari Members are permanently settled.

If there are many VDCs or Municipalities where Basistha Bhandaries are permanentaly settled can be organized as District Level Branch Committee and where only one VDc and only one municipality is the residental area of Basistha Bhandaries, there can be organized sub-branch committee. That committee organized various gathering programs, Picnic, extension of Greetings in Dashain and Tihar and continued the regular and specific activities based on the needs of the members. In 2011 April, the AGM of Kathmandu, elected unanimously 17 members committee under the Chairmanship of Suprabhat Bhandari. This Committee is fully functional and trying to drive with new vision.
