Itinerary:
Day 1: Flight from Kathmandu to Lukla, Trek to Phakding
Morning:
Early flight from Kathmandu to Lukla (2,800m) β 30 minutes.
Trek from Lukla to Phakding (2,652m) β 3-4 hours of trekking.
Highlights: Scenic flight, first glimpse of the Dudh Koshi River, Sherpa villages.
Overnight in Phakding.
Day 2: Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar
Morning to Afternoon:

Day 6: Acclimatization in Dingboche

Day 9: Hike to Kala Patthar and Trek to Pheriche

Cost Breakdown:
1. Flights:
Kathmandu to Lukla (round trip): NPR 14,000 - NPR 17,000 (approx. $100 - $130) for Nepali nationals; $200 - $350 for foreigners.
2. Accommodation:
Tea houses/lodges: NPR 500 - NPR 1,500 per night ($4 - $12).
3. Meals:
Per meal: NPR 500 - NPR 1,000 ($4 - $8), expect higher prices at higher altitudes.
4. Guide and Porter Fees:
Licensed guide: $25 - $35 per day.
