National Governance Summit 2025 – Successfully Concluded!
April 19, 2025 | 📍 Kathmandu

We are proud to announce the successful completion of the National Governance Summit 2025, organized by the Good Governance Protection Forum (GGPF) in collaboration with the dZi Foundation. The summit brought together key voices from government, civil society, and development partners to advance conversations on inclusive governance, innovative public service delivery, and sustainable policy reforms.

The event was inaugurated with welcome remarks from Mr. Jaya Durga Budathoki, President of GGPF, followed by a keynote address by Rt. Hon. Devraj Ghimire, Speaker of the House of Representatives. Esteemed speakers including Hon. Ramhari Khatiwada, Mr. Bhojraj Pokharel, and other distinguished leaders contributed valuable insights across three dynamic sessions.

We thank all our speakers, moderators, and participants for their active engagement and commitment. GGPF remains dedicated to promoting transparency, accountability, and citizen-centered governance in Nepal.

Strengthening Global Partnerships for Sustainability!

Good Governance Protection Forum (GGPF) is delighted to share insights from our recent meeting with the University of Bern, Centre for Development and Environment (CDE), and the World Overview of Conservation Approaches and Technologies (WOCAT) team. Represented by Kamal Subedi, Policy Advisor, GGPF, our discussions focused on environmental governance, biodiversity conservation, climate action, and sustainable land management, exploring innovative approaches for a resilient and sustainable future.

This first network meeting was highly informative, and we look forward to deeper collaboration. We are proud to announce that GGPF is now an official organizational member of WOCAT!
