It's been a month now after the first 7.8 Richter Earthquake that ripped apart our capital and nearly 13 districts of Nepal. Rescue workers have yet to clear the rubbles of this massive earthquake and god knows how many lives are still trapped inside the rubbles. There were reports that the energy released in that one equivalent to that of about 20 thermonuclear bombs (each much more p
owerful than the one dropped on Hiroshima). And then of course there was the second one of 7.3 Richter. The Government has already announced that nearly 9000 people have been killed and many more are missing. The country is also beginning to come to terms with the immense reconstruction and humanitarian task that lies ahead. Millions of people have been left homeless by this earthquake. Such a complex task will require immense co-operation and support from civil societies and other groups. The outpouring of grief has energized Nepalese society in new ways and it is our time to provide our love and support for the country in any way possible
With the scale of the disaster becoming more apparent, the government cannot do everything by itself. So, this is the time to act and give back to our motherland. I am sure we have often wondered about how to contribute to Nepal in some way whether we are in Nepal or outside Nepal. This is a life time opportunity to create an impact with our small endeavor. Our Proposal based on the Impending danger of Monsoon
Our proposal is for every kindhearted people around the globe to come together to take some initiative to try to heal some pains of our fellowmen who are severely affected and are facing a hard time and life threatening situations. We are planning to help them in building temporary shelter which will help them for at least a couple of years. You can contribute for purchasing galvanized tin rooftop and other accessories.
