शासन गर्ने नाम मा गाउँ बाट आएर अर्का को घर-बस्ती बिनाश गर्न पायिन्छ ? जनता लाई उठिबास लगाउन, हाम्रो सभ्यता सन्स्क्र्ती मास्न यी नेताहरुलाइ चुनेर पठाको हो ?गाउँ बाट काठमाडौ आएर सुबिधा खोज्ने हरु सक्छौ भने आफ्नै गाउँ लाई सुबिधा सम्पन्न र आबाद गर्न जाउ !! सक्छौ भने हाम्रो पुर्खाले हजारौं बर्ष अघि नै बिकसित गरिसकेको काठमाडौं उपत्यका को जस्तो सभ्यता संस्कृति आफ्नो गाउँ ठाउँ मा बनाएर देखाउ !! आफ्नो गाउँ पनि बनाउन नसक्ने, अर्काको सभ्यता पनि देखि नसहने, यो कस्तो प्रबृत्ति ? यो कस्तो मानसिकता ? धिक्कार छ तिमिहरु को सोच अनि मानसिकता लाई !!

Changu Narayan Temple is a pagoda-style Hindu temple dedicated to Vishnu in his incarnation as Narayan. It was originally built around the 4C, but the present temple was rebuilt in 1702 after it was destroyed by fire. It is situated on a ridge at 1541m overlooking the Kathmandu Valley, about 22 km to the east of Kathmandu and 6 km north of Bhaktapur. Though the temple is quite beautiful, especially the doors and front facade, Changu Narayan is not known for its temple but for the stone statues, bas-relief carvings, and inscriptions that are scattered around the temple courtyard, created between the 5th and 13th century. On the left is the Chinnamasta Temple and at the bottom just to the left of centre is a Ganesh shrine.
