🔥Decolonial feminism, anti-imperialism, anti-racism, Palestine, Revolution, Anti-capitalism🔥

We are a roaming space for learning in community. Our political education is rooted in feminist commitments emerging from migrant experiences in the Netherlands and from our territories of Abya Yala and other Souths.

In each session, we reflect on one key word or concept, embody sentipensares (feel-thinkings), and share the different places we speak from, what these words hold for us, and what becomes possible when we reclaim them together.

Before each session, we'll share readings or other materials. (preparation is always optional!)

Each session is accompanied by a facilitator with activist practice and/or field experience in the topic. After a short introduction and a soup break, we open the space to share experiences, questions, disagreements, and reflections. Together, we harvest what emerges from each session 💜🌿

Hello Compxs!

We’re very happy to invite you all to an afternoon full of Chicha this Saturday, 18th of July at GROND! Thanks to our comrade Azucena Del Carmen from Carga Máxima , who is visiting the Netherlands 🔥
We’ll have the chance to learn about, and celebrate her work together.

Azucena is a Peruvian graphic designer, sign painter, artist, and educator specializing in lettering, vernacular typography, and popular graphic traditions.

Through her teaching and artistic practice, she continues to advocate for the recognition of popular graphic arts as an important form of cultural heritage, community expression, and collective storytelling.

With her project Carga Máxima, Azucena has spent more than a decade researching the visual language of hand-painted signs, truck lettering, market graphics, and other forms of vernacular design that shape everyday life in Peru.

🎨 💜

Join us for an evening of gráfica popular, Peruvian food; we will have Chicha Morada & Causa vegetariana.
Music thanks to our compa mire moschella from Feministas and DJ Silf (Silvana Hurtado Dianderas M.) residente from .n

See you at Grond on Saturday, 18 July, from 18:00 to 22:00! 💛

🔥 Read the Decolonial Block 8M2026 Manifesto! 🔥

✊🏾 We march and mobilize today against the militarization and criminalization of our bodies and territories - from Abya Yala to Iran, Lebanon and Palestine.

✊🏾We walk on the shoulders of our ancestors and our shared histories of resistance against patriarchal violence and colonial power. Our feminism is for the defence of life, against fascism and capitalism we put care and radical tenderness at the center. We fight for nothing less than the sovereignty and self-determination of our bodies and territories!

This 8M and every day we say:
💜 Long live the working women and q***r folx in struggle!
💚¡Ni una menos, vivas nos queremos!
💜Stop the US-Zionist War Killing Machine
💚Free Palestine, Free Congo, Free Sudan!

🔥 OUR CODE OF CONDUCT🔥
READ, SHARE, EMBODY

Our block is rooted in collective liberation and collective care.

Our feminism fights all oppression: for Palestinian liberation, trans & q***r liberation, Black & Indigenous liberation, and the liberation of all oppressed people and territories. We show up knowing our struggles are interconnected, and that none of us are free until all of us are free.

Collective care is a practice. It means we look out for one another. It means we move with awareness, respect boundaries, and take responsibility for the impact of our actions. It means we create a space where everyone can participate with dignity and safety.

This block is free from racism and xenophobia, cis-heterosexism, islamophobia, transphobia, q***rphobia, slutshaming, whorephobia, ableism, and all other forms of violence and discrimination. These are not abstract values; they are the conditions that make collective power possible.

Accountability is part of care.

Behaviors that violate this code harm our community and weaken our shared struggle. They will not be tolerated. If harm occurs, it will be addressed through collective accountability.

Our security comrades wearing green vests are part of our collective care infrastructure. They are there to support, de-escalate, intervene when necessary, and help uphold the political and ethical commitments of this block. If you experience or witness behavior that contradicts our code, reach out to them. You are not alone.

We protect each other. We intervene for each other. We build the world we are fighting for, in the streets.

The streets are ours. Our liberation is collective. ✊

📢📢📢Call for Volunteers - Decolonial Block at the 2026 Feminist March ✊🏾💜💚

This year - a few of us grassroots feminist collectives: Feministas en Holanda, , , y - are co-conspiring to weave together a Decolonial Block at the 2026 Feminist March in Amsterdam. As last year, our block is unapologetically 💚💜ANTI-FASCIST | ANTI-CISHETEROPATRIARCHY | ANTI-RACIST | ANTI-MILITARIST | ANTI-IMPERIALIST | ANTI-GENOCIDE💜💚

Our struggle from Abya Yala (Latin American and the Caribbean to Iran, Sudan and Palestine) is for life - against all forms of violence lashed onto our bodies and territories we rebel and disrupt - especially now, as the israeli-US-Western war machine creates more and more destruction in the world.

To ensure the Block runs as powerful, as feminist and centering care as much as possible we’re in need of help to fill some roles:

⚙️Logistics, Support & Energizing team
👩‍🎤Feminist Make-up / Face paint / Glitter station
📰Flyers
♿️Accessibility & Inclusion Coordinators
💚Care, Safety & Solidarity (CSS) Net
🪧’Arpilleras’ carriers
📹Visual Documentation - video and photography
🙆🏾‍♀️Support for La Batuta

Check our stories for the link to the document with the full description of roles and tasks: https://drive.google.com/file/d/11c5sCO-rthcQtkNXiM5PCha4_lmIJIHL/view?usp=drive_link

If you’d like to help send us a DM or email us at [email protected]! thanks so much ❤️‍🔥

Please note this is a fully voluntary role - at this moment we’re unable to provide any compensation. We will have some snacks for the walk and loads of feminist rage and love!

Join us in solidarity and resistance - see you in the streets this Sunday! 🔻🔥✊🏾⛓️‍💥

✨🌸 Join us this 8M! 🌸✨

On International Women’s Day, we do not merely commemorate — we rise. ✊🏽🔥

We rise in the footsteps of those who fought before us. 🌹
We rise with those resisting now — in the streets ✊🏽, in classrooms, in workplaces, at borders, in occupied lands. 🌍

Across the world, women and gender-diverse people confront a patriarchal, racist, neoliberal, and colonial order that organizes inequality and calls it normal.
We call it violence. 🔥

Violence against our bodies.
Violence against our autonomy.
Violence against our territories.

We demand the right to decide.
The right to live free from fear.
The right to stay alive. 🕊️

Criminalising abortion. Denying contraception. Silencing survivors.
These are not isolated acts — they are systemic human rights violations. ❌

Gender-based violence is not private.
Institutional neutrality is not impartiality — it is complicity. ✊🏽

As migrant feminist women and gender-diverse people, we know:
There is no freedom without economic independence. 💜
No justice while racism, border regimes, labour exploitation, and precarity shape our lives.

We reject extractivism that plunders land and body. 🌱
We reject militarism, imperial wars, occupations, and displacement.

From every territory where resistance is born —
from communities defending land,
to those fighting femicide,
to migrants demanding dignity —
our struggles are connected. 🌍

We are not asking for privileges.
We demand rights. ✊🏽

We are not statistics.
Not one less.

Without economic, social, and political justice, there is no freedom.
Without global justice, there is no real democracy. 🔥

With love. With resistance. With memory. With hope. 💜

LONG LIVE FEMINIST STRUGGLE — PAST AND PRESENT! ✊🏽
LONG LIVE GLOBAL SOLIDARITY! 🌍
See you on 8M. ✨🌸

ALERTAAAA 8M is around the corner! 🔥

This year, we will be part of the Feminist March in Amsterdam, and come together as a network of feministas from the South, united in a critical block, to refuse complicity, and the normalisation of violence. In preparation, we are organizing a gathering to meet each other and plot together. We will have a gathering moment with food and music, materials available for banners, a moment to rehearse songs, and we will continue working on our arpilleras! We will close the day around the bonfire! 🔥🔥🔥
Join us from 13:00 on. If you are planning to come with kids, you can join us from 10:00 (check the programme below)

PRE 8M - WEAVING RESISTANCE
📅 February 28
⏰ 13:00–19:00
📍 GROND — Bajesdorpstraat 1, Amsterdam
✉️ To participate: fill the form in our bio https://forms.gle/F7mf8f1uhhXxGo5B7

Programme:
10 -13 - Kids banner-making session ‘Textiles en Resistencia’
13 - 15 - Presentation of colectivas and plans for 8M (lunch included)
15 - 18 - Arpillera and banner making
18-19 - Dinner
19: Closing moment and bonfire 🔥

We see this as a space to strengthen our tejido, our network and prepare our voices. Gender-based violence is not a series of isolated incidents, it is structural, rooted in ongoing patriarchal and colonial systems that sustain repression, inequality, state violence, and complicity with genocide. These same structures shape policy and create the conditions for feminicide to increase. We go to the streets to demand accountability, justice, and transformation, an intersectional feminist approach.

This gathering centers BIPOC women, trans, non-binary, and gender-expansive folx who do not see themselves represented in mainstream space
Join us on March 8!

We also have a Signal group to organize our participation in the March 8 demonstration, let us know in your email if you want to be added.
