BILLIRI PROTEST

17/02/2021 on Wednesday was the first day of the protest.
Fortunately for me, i didn't go out that day because our students were writing their TRCN exams so it was a day off.
I woke up to 6 missed calls from a colleague at around 4pm because my phone was on silent.
It was after i called back that i learnt about the protest.
It is now more disturbing to see fellow learned colleagues, academicians, supposed elites holding sensitive offices coming out to justify the mayhem caused.
May history never forget this.
