Development is a continuous process, and no representative can solve every challenge within one term.
Some needs remain. Some projects require follow-up. Some issues require stronger and sustained advocacy.
This is why an honest conversation matters:
What has been achieved?
What remains outstanding?
What needs greater attention?
The answers should come from the realities of the people and the record of representation.

• The opportunities and limitations of legislative representation
• Projects and initiatives that require continued attention
The next conversation should therefore be about what has been learned, what remains, and what can be done differently going forward.
