*CHIEF FELIX B. TANGWAMI DEEPENS CONSULTATIONS IN SOUTHERN ZONE, BUILDS STATEWIDE MOMENTUM AHEAD OF 2027*
Continuing his consultation drive across the state, Hon Chief. Felix Bilishan Tangwami, an APC governorship aspirant for the 2027 general election, has deepened his engagements within the Southern Senatorial Zone, building on earlier consultations across the Numan Federation, with visits to key traditional institutions in Ganye and Shelleng Local Government Areas.
The aspirant paid courtesy visits to the Gangwari Ganye, His Royal Majesty Dr. Umar Adamu Sanda II, OON, and the Amna Shelleng, His Royal Majesty Dr. Alhaji Abdullahi Isa Dasong. The visits were marked by warm receptions, with prayers and goodwill offered for his aspiration.
During the engagements, Chief Tangwami formally declared his intention to contest and reiterated his commitment to inclusive governance, sustainable development, and the continuation of the good works of Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri.
Stakeholders highlighted his leadership journey across different levels of public service, noting his experience from grassroots representation to higher responsibilities in governance. He previously served as Local Government Chairman of Demsa, where his tenure is associated with the delivery of development initiatives at the local level. They emphasized the importance of competence, continuity, and responsible leadership in shaping the future of Adamawa State.
Across the engagements, there is a growing sense that the consultations, now reaching key institutions and stakeholder groups across the state, reflect a broadening engagement built on unity and shared progress.
