The Administrator Hon Pius Augustine was at the commissioning of a public toilet constructed by HE Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri for Ngbalang Community. The Executive Chairman Numan Local Government who commissioned the project was represented by the secretary Numan Local Government, Mr Hilary Samuel. He charged the members of the public to make good use of property properly. In his remarks the Administrator thanked the Fresh Air Governor for the good work and pray for God's guidance and protection.

*Akara and Pap was a meal served for breakfast every morning in a hostel with a capacity of 100 people.*

Out of those 100 people, 80 people used to complain every day that different meal should be served instead but the other 20 people were happy to eat Akara and Pap. The remaining 80 people wanted something different

The hostel's warden proposed a daily vote as some decisions had to be reached in this chaotic situation. According to his plan, whichever team got the most votes on the night before, that would determine what would be cooked the next day.

20 students who wanted Akara and Pap cast their vote accordingly. The remaining 80 people cast their vote as follows, every evening;

18 - Kosai da Burodi
16 - Masa da Taushe
14 - Doya da kwai
12 - Dankali da perpesu
10 - Indomie
10 - Dumame

So, as per the voting results, Akara and Pap gets the highest number of votes every evening, and again, the same was served the following morning.

*Lesson:*
As long as 80% or Majority of the population is silent, selfish, divided, and scattered, the 20% who constitute a minority will continue to rule and exploit the Majority
