City Boy Movement, Akwa Ibom State Chapter Celebrates Seyi Tinubu at 40

The City Boy Movement, Akwa Ibom State Chapter, joins millions of well-wishers across the country to celebrate Mr. Seyi Tinubu, son of the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, on his 40th birthday.

In a statement signed by the Chairman of the Movement, Mr. Gideon Ekanem, the group described Seyi Tinubu as a young leader whose efforts in youth empowerment, philanthropy, and national development have continued to inspire many Nigerians.

Mr. Ekanem, on behalf of the entire members of the City Boy Movement in Akwa Ibom State, prayed for God’s continued guidance, wisdom, and strength upon Seyi Tinubu as he marks this milestone. He also encouraged him to remain committed to promoting progress, unity, and good governance as championed by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

City Boy Movement Expands into Benue with Grand Inauguration, Stakeholders’ Engagement

The City Boy Movement has extended its footprint to Benue State with the formal inauguration of its state chapter in Makurdi earlier this week. The event, which doubled as a stakeholders’ engagement forum, saw Hon. Tiza Imojime emerge as State Director, while Hon. Linda Ene was unveiled as Treasurer, alongside other newly appointed executives.

The ceremony drew a high-profile audience, including the Senior Special Assistant to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on Disability, Hon. Abba Isa; Hon. Shoga Francis; and the Director-General of the City Boy Movement, Nigeria, represented by the National Coordinator, Hon. Favour Abayomi. Members of the movement’s national board, officials of the Benue State Government, political stakeholders, party loyalists, and grassroots supporters were also in attendance.

The Akwa Ibom State Coordinator of the movement, Mr. Gideon Ekanem, was present at the occasion, accompanied by Hon. Gabriel Nentawe, son of the APC National Chairman, and other dignitaries.

Speakers at the inauguration underscored the significance of the City Boy Movement as a vehicle for mobilizing support for the All Progressives Congress (APC) and consolidating its structures at the grassroots. They described the Benue launch as a rallying point for strengthening the party’s presence ahead of future political engagements.

With its expanding network across the country, the City Boy Movement is increasingly positioning itself as a platform for young progressives, fostering stronger connections between emerging leaders and party structures in various states.
