12.0 — The Okobo, Urue Offong/Oruko & Esit Eket Perspective

There is an old saying that the wisdom of elders shapes the future. But wisdom achieves its purpose only when there are willing ears to receive it.

During the Arise With Renewed Hope Initiative chapter inauguration in Okobo, Urue Offong/Oruko and Esit Eket Local Government Areas, the Directorate of Research & Documentation observed this rare blend of experience and enthusiasm.

This intergenerational harmony was one of the defining moments of the engagements

Across the engagements, elders spoke with conviction and one voice, while the youths listened, concurred and identified with the message being shared. It was a complementary participation that reflected unity of purpose across generations.

For the Directorate, such communal participation and overwhelming grassroots presence could only have emerged from a broad acceptance of the leadership and developmental strides of Governor Pastor Umo Eno

Indeed, one conclusion became increasingly evident.

The visible footprints of governance across the region appeared to have made the task of mobilization easier for the President General of the Arise With Renewed Hope Initiative, Engr. Uwem Okoko, FNSE.

What was witnessed across the three chapters seemed less like an effort to persuade the people and more like an opportunity for the people to publicly affirm a decision they had already made.

Looking back, one observation remains difficult to ignore:

Okobo, Urue Offong/Oruko and Esit Eket did not appear to be preparing for support; they appeared ready for it.

And in the eyes of many participants, that readiness extended well beyond 2027.

11.0 — The Oruk Anam & Ukanafun Perspective

Every gathering tells a story. But some moments tell a deeper story — one of purpose, unity, and the conviction that no one should be left behind.

During the Oruk Anam and Ukanafun Local Government Areas chapter inaugurations of the Arise With Renewed Hope Initiative, the Directorate's lens captured a remarkable moment of inclusion.

Amidst the speeches, celebrations, and expressions of support, one figure quietly stood out — the sign language communicator who ensured that persons with hearing disabilities were not just attendees, but active participants in the conversation.

Through every gesture and movement, the message was clear: everyone mattered. Every voice deserved to be heard, and every citizen deserved to be carried along in the journey of progress.

The presence and participation of persons living with disabilities became a powerful reflection of the inclusive vision associated with the administration of His Excellency, Pastor Umo Eno — a vision that recognises that true development Carrie everyone along.

Beyond the message of inclusion, the gatherings also showcased the people's confidence in the continuity agenda of His Excellency, Pastor Umo Eno, the leadership vision of His Excellency, Senator Godswill Akpabio, and the second-term aspiration of His Excellency, President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu

Providing leadership for the chapters are:

• Hon. Ubokobong Umoh — Ukanafun Chapter Coordinator

The Directorate concludes that in Oruk Anam and Ukanafun, the story was beyond an inauguration. It was a story of inclusion, unity, shared aspirations, and renewed hope.

10.0 — The Cross River State Perspective

When a message leaves home and still finds acceptance elsewhere, it often suggests that it is speaking to something deeper than location.

At Calabar, the Arise With Renewed Hope Initiative recorded another bold statement.

The Directorate of Research & Documentation observed with great delight how people from diverse backgrounds identified with the vision of the Initiative and its objectives.

Different tribes.
Different cultures.
Different traditions.
Different religious backgrounds.

Yet, they appeared united by a shared conviction.

Throughout the engagement, one message resonated clearly: that Governor Pastor Umo Eno had delivered on the mandate entrusted to him and deserved the opportunity to continue the work already underway.

For the Directorate, the significance of the gathering extended beyond numbers. It demonstrated that the conversation around leadership, performance and continuity had begun to transcend ethnic, cultural and religious boundaries.

In Calabar, support was not defined by tribe.
It was not measured by religion.
Neither was it limited by cultural differences.

It was driven by a common appreciation for leadership and visible results.

To coordinate the affairs of the Initiative in Cross River State, the chapter has:

- Lady Apostle Helen Ukpabio — Co-Chairman

The Cross River engagement served as another reminder that performance remains one of the strongest unifying factors among people.

And on this occasion, the message from Calabar was clear:

9.0 — The Ini & Ikono Perspective

When a people are blessed with a rich harvest of elders who provide leadership and direction, and a vibrant youth population willing to follow that path, it usually signals something deeper than ordinary support.

It speaks of continuity.

It represents a clear trajectory — a transfer of conviction from one generation to another, ensuring that yesterday's belief becomes tomorrow's commitment.

The Directorate of Research & Documentation observed this unique blend of generational alignment during the Arise With Renewed Hope Initiative chapter inaugurations in Ini and Ikono Local Government Areas.

In appreciation of the transformative leadership and developmental footprints of Governor Pastor Umo Eno , elders and youths alike demonstrated a shared resolve to identify with the Initiative and its objectives.

The elders offered guidance through their visible presence and endorsement, while the younger generation responded with enthusiasm and participation, creating an atmosphere that reflected unity of purpose.

For the Directorate, the message was unmistakable.

When elders had aligned themselves with a cause based on visible evidence of performance, and the youths willingly followed in support, it suggested that the future of that support was already taking shape.

From the engagements witnessed in Ini and Ikono, one conclusion became increasingly evident: the people were not merely expressing appreciation for the present; they were signalling their readiness to sustain that support well beyond 2027.

8.0 — The Abuja Perspective

Support is often described as a backup from the home front. But when it deepens its roots and extends into visible backing from the diaspora, it tells a louder story — one that travels far even in silence.

For the President General of the Arise With Renewed Hope Initiative, Engr. Uwem Okoko, FNSE, the assurance that Governor Pastor Umo Eno enjoys support not only at home but also beyond the state needed no better demonstration than what was witnessed as the Initiative extended its reach outside the shores of Akwa Ibom State.

The Directorate of Research & Documentation observed with keen interest that Abuja delivered its engagement in remarkable style — orderliness, coordination and clear demonstration of talent and commitment. The message was understood, the assignment executed with precision, and the atmosphere reflected confidence in leadership.

It was evident that Governor Pastor Umo Eno has placed Akwa Ibom firmly on the national and global map, and continues to attract goodwill that extends beyond 2027.

‎The International Executive usually arrives at a venue with one responsibility — to ignite the people and prepare them for the message of the Initiative. But in Okobo, Urue Offong/Oruko, and Esit Eket, the people had already done the job before their arrival.

‎From the moment the inaugurations commenced, the atmosphere was already charged with unmistakable energy. Stakeholders were fully engaged, eager to participate, and ready to identify with the Initiative. It was not a manufactured excitement; it was a natural expression of a people who have witnessed the footprints of purposeful governance under Pastor Umo Eno and are committed to continuity.

‎The Directorate observed a consistent pattern across all three LGAs — every speech commanded attention, every presentation sparked interest, and every engagement was met with visible enthusiasm. Applause came freely, reactions were spontaneous, and the momentum never dropped from beginning to end.

‎What stood out most was the stability of the energy.

‎Rather than being persuaded, stakeholders appeared already convinced. Their participation reflected shared conviction and a collective resolve to support Governor Umo Eno beyond 2027.

‎For the Directorate, the message was unmistakable: when the people become the source of the energy, the movement has already found a home.

6.0 — The Itu & Ibiono Ibom Perspective

When you attend an event and are presented with a newsletter carefully packed with details of how governance has positively impacted the people, there is every possibility that you will remain cheerful throughout the event.

That appeared to be the story of the Arise With Renewed Hope Initiative inaugurations across the state.

However, the Directorate observed with particular delight that Itu and Ibiono Ibom — both strongholds of Governor Pastor Umo Eno — stood out for one unique feature: smiling faces.

Perhaps the inaugurations in these two Local Government Areas should have been codenamed:

"A FESTIVAL OF SMILES AND SUPPORT"

In the Directorate's view, whatever happens at an event that keeps people smiling from beginning to end is certainly worth sustaining, preserving and replicating.

As you scroll through the accompanying photographs, one thing becomes evident: these expressions were not staged. They reflected appreciation, confidence and hope.

Beyond making for beautiful photographs, they offered a glimpse into the goodwill Governor Pastor Umo Eno continues to enjoy at the grassroots, driven largely by the visible impact of his administration.

And if smiles are a reflection of public approval, then Itu and Ibiono Ibom may have quietly revealed one of the strongest indicators yet of the support base already taking shape ahead of the 2027 General Elections.
