HON. NDAKENE MOURNS THE DEATH OF OHORO OF SHAO, SAYS IT'S A GREAT LOSS

The Honourable Member Representing Edu/Moro/Patigi Federal Constituency and Waziri of Shonga, Honourable Ahmed Abubakar Ndakene has commiserated with the good people of Shao Kingdom over the loss of their beloved Monarch, the Ohoro of Shao, His Royal Highness, Oba (Dr.) Salman Bamidele Adegbite, whose sudden demise took place on the 27th day of April, 2023.

The Legislator, who described the late Monarch as an asset to Kwara State says his demise is a great loss not just to the people of Shao but the entire people of Kwara and beyond. Honourable Ndakene says history will be kind to the great King whose reign was noted for numerous positive accomplishments.

The Lawmaker prayed for the kind repose of His soul and also beseeched Allah to grant the royal family the fortitude to bear this irreparable loss. He also extended his message of condolence to the good people of Shao and the entire people Moro LGA as he shares in their grief in this trying times urging them to remain steadfast in prayers for the great Monarch.

EID-EL-FITRIH: HON NDAKENE CALLS ON MUSLIM FAITHFULS TO REFLECT ON THE LESSONS OF RAMADAN

The Honourable Member representing Edu/Moro/Patigi Federal Constituency, and Waziri of Shonga, Hon. Ahmed Abubakar Ndakene, has congratulated the Muslim Faithfuls in Edu/Moro/Patigi Federal Constituency on the successful completion of this year's Ramadan Fasting urging them to imbibe the teachings of Ramadan forever.

Hon Ndakene, while describing the Ramadan season as an opportunity to commune with Allah SWT. He said it is a Holy month of sincere worship, sacrifice and also signifies a period of purification. The Lawmaker said it is indeed a rare privilege for all of us to witness the beginning and the very end of the Holy month of Ramadan.

The Honourable Member further said that the acts and worship are expected to become our habitual and recurrent act even beyond the end of the Holy month. An expected end of all religious acts is in the true reflection of the positive impacts of it in our interactions with people, even those from other faiths. He urged them in the spirit of the season to make the Constituency a peaceful and habitable one for all.

The Lawmaker urged everyone to mindful of the virtues of humility, honesty and generosity that Eid-el-Fitr exemplify. He therefore wishes all Muslim Ummah an accepted Ramadan fast and a joyous Eid-el-Fitr celebration.

HON. AHMED NDAKENE CONDOLES WITH EMIR OF LAFIAGI EMIRATE OVER THE DEATH OF THE CHIEF IMAM OF LAFIAGI

The Honourable Member Representing Edu/Moro/Patigi Federal Constituency and Waziri of Shonga, Honourable Ahmed Abubakar Ndakene has expressed his deep condolences to the Emir of Lafiagi, His Royal Highness, Alhaji Mohammed Kudu-kawu and the entire Lafiagi Emirate over the loss of the Chief Imam of Lafiagi, Alhaji Abubakar Jibril Faki, whose death took place on the 17th day of April, 2023.

Honourable Ndakene described the deceased clergymen as one of the highly knowledgeable leaders from Lafiagi who have served as veritable compass for societal navigation over the years and he will be sorely missed. The Lawmaker recalled the very impactful Friday Sermons, usually delivered by this sage, which sends waves of piety down every spine.

He prayed that Allah grant the Emir and the entire people of the Emirate the fortitude to bear this irreparable loss. Honourable Ndakene said even as they grieve they should remember the great legacy of the deceased clergymen and continue to dominate the scene with powerful prayers. He prayed that Allah bless him with mansions in paradise.

HON. AHMED NDAKENE, CONDOLES WITH THE OBA OF JEBBA OVER THE LOSS OF HIS QUEEN, HAJIA MARYAM LARUBA

The Honourable Member Representing the good people of Edu/Moro/Patigi Federal Constituency and Waziri of Shonga, Honourable Ahmed Abubakar Ndakene, has sent his condolence messages to the Oba of Jebba, His Royal Highness, Alhaji Abdulkadir Alabi Adebara, over the loss of his beloved Queen, Hajia Maryam Laruba Adebara, whose demise took place on the 12th day of April, 2023.

The late matriarch was noted for her wit and sense of fairness in all her dealings while alive. Honourable Ndakene noted that the virtues of this great woman, which has been echoed throughout the length and breadth of Jebba and it's environs is a testament to her proper upbringing worthy of royalty. While thanking God for a life well spent, the Honourable Member, enjoined the royal family and the entire Jebba community to grieve less and continue to pray for the kind repose of the soul of their Queen who led a worthy and remarkable life.

While expressing his sincere condolences he prayed that Allah continue to bless and prosper the family left behind by Mama. Honourable Ndakene noted that Oba Adebara has been a symbol of peace and stability and one of the monarchs blessed with immense wealth of knowledge. He prayed for divine strength for His Royal Highness and the entire family to bear this irreparable loss.
