My Name is Sunday Garba Biggs.

For nearly three decades, I have served within the corridors of government in Plateau State — learning, observing, and contributing to the processes that shape our collective destiny.

From the days of military administrations to our evolving democracy, I have witnessed the strengths and struggles of leadership at close range.

Through these years, I have come to understand that governance is not about power but people. It is about service rooted in the fear of God, guided by discipline, and driven by the belief that every citizen of our state deserves dignity and opportunity.

As one who began from humble beginnings in Mangu LGA, I have through the special grace of God and hard work risen through the ranks-from Administrative Officer to Director, and ultimately, Permanent Secretary, Government House Administration.

Each step has deepened my understanding that transformational leadership must emerge from experience, a clear vision, empathy, and integrity.

Now, the is not just about seeking public office, but about one continuing a lifelong journey of service.

FORMER PDP STALWARTS PAY SOLIDARITY VISIT TO HON. SUNDAY GARBA BIGGS, DECLARE SUPPORT FOR APC

Today, 24th October 2025, Hon. Sunday Garba Biggs, aspirant for the position of Governor of Plateau State under the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC), received a delegation of former stalwarts of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) who have officially decamped to the APC.

The delegation comprised of Mrs. Maryanne Mutle from Push*t Ward, Mangu LGA, Mr. Tony Pam, and Mrs. Faith Vou Gyang, both from Du B Ward, Jos South LGA.

During the visit, which took place at Hon. Biggs’ office, the decampees expressed their solidarity and commitment to working with him and the APC in advancing the party’s vision for Plateau State. They also discussed modalities ahead of their official reception into the APC, scheduled for thursday, 30th October 2025.

In his remarks, Hon. Sunday Garba Biggs warmly welcomed the new members, commending their decision to align with the APC’s progressive ideals. He assured them of the party’s readiness to accommodate all members and give everyone a sense of belonging.

Hon. Biggs further congratulated them for what he described as a bold and timely decision, urging them to contribute their experience and commitment towards building a stronger and more united APC family in Plateau State.
