OK SUPPORT GROUP HOLDS EXPANDED STATE EXCO MEETING AHEAD OF 1 MILLION MAN MARCH

The OK Support Group successfully held its Expanded State Executive Council (EXCO) Meeting in preparation for the forthcoming 1 Million Man March (MMM).

The meeting was presided over by the Director General, Engr. Ovunda Chinda, and attended by State EXCO members, Local Government Coordinators, and other leaders from across Rivers State.

In his remarks, the Director General emphasized the importance of the march and called on all members to intensify mobilization efforts to ensure its success. He also said that no money will be paid to anyone.that he will encourage organic followers to mobilize themselves as their own sacrifice to this most worthy cause.

He stressed that all hands must be on deck as the movement prepares for the historic event.
Speaking on behalf of the Local Government Coordinators,

Hon. Prince Boms Obilor assured the Director General of their readiness and commitment to delivering a successful outing.

The meeting approved the APC State Secretariat, Port Harcourt, as the official take-off point for the march scheduled for *Saturday, 22nd August 2026, at 7:00 a.m.*

The Director General thanked all members for their participation and dedication to the ideals of the OK Support Group.

STANDING TOGETHER IN SYMPATHY, OK SUPPORT GROUP AT THE CELEBRATION OF LIFE FOR LATE MRS ROSE NENE IHUOMA OWHOMKA .

The leadership of the OK Support Group, ably led by the Director General, *Engr. Ovunda Chinda,* once again demonstrated commitment, solidarity, and compassion by attending the Celebration of Life and Home-Going Service of *Late Mrs. Rose Nene Ihuoma Owhomka* , mother of Hon. Achinike Owhomka... LGA Coordinator, OK SUPPORT GROUP Obio/ Akpor .

The delegation, comprising members of the State Executive Committee (State EXCO) and LGA Coordinators, joined family members, friends, political associates, and well-wishers at the event held on Friday, 14th August 2026.

The presence of the OK Support Group leadership underscored the organization's commitment to standing with its members and stakeholders during moments of both celebration and mourning.

The Director General, Engr. Ovunda Chinda, expressed heartfelt condolences to Hon. Achinike Owhomka and his family, praying for God's comfort, strength, and peace as they continue to cherish the memories and legacy of their beloved mother.
