A HEARTFELT THANK YOU TO OUR SUPPORTERS

The NDC House of Representatives Primary Election which was held on Friday 29th May, 2026 was more than a political exercise, it was a powerful demonstration of unity, commitment and the strength of our collective vision.

To every supporter, volunteer, stakeholder and well-wisher who stood with us throughout this journey, I say thank you. Your loyalty, encouragement, prayers and sacrifices have been truly inspiring.

I extend special appreciation to Dr. Jennifer Opusunju (House of Assembly candidate for Opobo-Nkoro) for her outstanding leadership and dedication in coordinating and guiding our supporters in Opobo-Nkoro LGA during the primaries.

My sincere gratitude also goes to the leadership of the NDC at the National, State, and LGA levels for providing a platform for democratic participation and growth.

Thank you to the Senatorial candidate Hon. Abiante for standing by us all and for his support and to the H.O.A candidate Hon. Jim.

A special salute to Chief Robinson; my friend, leader and the Deputy State Chairman of NDC Rivers State, for his unwavering support, guidance and belief in our movement.

Our gratitude also extends to all our ward chairmen and excos for their commitment and diligence to seeing to the grassroot inclusion and participation in this exercise.

While the primaries may be over, our mission continues. Let us remain united, focused and committed to the greater vision of progress and effective representation for our people.

FATHER'S DAY MESSAGE TO ALL FATHERS OF ANDONI/OPOBO-NKORO FEDERAL CONSTITUENCY

Today, I join millions around the world in celebrating the remarkable men who carry the noble title of Father.

To every father across Andoni and Opobo-Nkoro Federal Constituency, I extend my warmest greetings and deepest appreciation on this special occasion of Father's Day.

Fatherhood is more than a responsibility; it is a calling. It is a commitment to nurture, protect, provide, guide, and inspire the next generation. Every day, countless fathers make sacrifices, often unnoticed, to ensure that their families have hope, security, and opportunities for a better future. Your strength forms the backbone of our homes, your wisdom shapes our communities, and your values help preserve the moral fabric of our society.

I pay special tribute to the fathers who continue to persevere despite economic challenges, social pressures, and the demands of modern life. Your resilience, dedication, and unwavering love for your families are worthy of recognition and celebration.

As fathers, you are not only builders of homes but also builders of communities and nations. The future of Andoni, Opobo-Nkoro, Rivers State, and indeed Nigeria rests significantly on the values we instill in our children today. Let us continue to lead by example, uphold integrity, promote peace, encourage education, and inspire our young people to become responsible citizens.

To those fathers who have lost loved ones, those carrying heavy burdens, and those striving daily to provide for their families, know that your efforts are seen, appreciated, and valued. May your sacrifices yield abundant rewards.

On this Father's Day, I pray that Almighty God grants every father good health, wisdom, strength, prosperity, and long life. May He bless your families with peace, unity, progress, and happiness. May your labor never be in vain, and may you live to witness the success and fulfillment of your children and generations yet unborn.
