OBIO AKPOR STORMS RUMUEME FOR CONDOLENCE VISIT
Today, the LGA Chairman of the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC), Obio/Akpor Local Government Area, Amb. Elenwo Roy Clinton, alongside members of the LGA Executive, and in the company of Hon. Chizi Chuku, paid a condolence visit to Chief Nyebuchi Owhor following the sad demise of his elder brother.
The visit was undertaken as a demonstration of solidarity, compassion, and support to Chief Nyebuchi Owhor and the entire bereaved family at this difficult moment. The delegation conveyed the heartfelt of the NDC Obio/Akpor LGA family and expressed their sympathy over the loss of his beloved elder brother.
In his remarks, the LGA Chairman, Amb. Elenwo Roy Clinton, commiserated with Nyebuchi Owhor and his family, acknowledging that the loss of a loved one, particularly an elder brother, is a painful experience. He encouraged the family to remain strong, united, and comforted by the good memories and legacy left behind by the deceased.
Amb. Elenwo Roy Clinton further emphasized the importance of standing with one another during moments of grief, noting that the NDC Obio/Akpor LGA Executive remains committed to supporting its members, stakeholders, and associates not only during moments of celebration but also in times of sorrow and difficulty.
Hon. Chizi Chuku also joined the LGA Chairman and members of the Executive in expressing profound to the family, praying that God grant the bereaved the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
The visit ended with prayers for the repose of the soul of the deceased and for divine strength, comfort, and protection for Chief Nyebuchi Owhor and the entire family.
The NDC Obio/Akpor LGA Executive remains united with the family in this period of mourning and extends its deepest condolences to them.
