‎The workshop, held at the Local Government Service Commission Hall, Abere, brought together members of various unconventional security outfits operating at the grassroots level. It focused on enhancing their capacity in intelligence gathering, conflict resolution, community engagement, and effective collaboration with conventional security agencies.
‎
‎Participants were also sensitised on professionalism, respect for human rights, and the importance of operating within the ambit of the law.
‎
‎Chairing the training, the Honourable Commissioner for Rural Development and Community Affairs, Alhaji Ganiu Ola-oluwa Asejere, reaffirmed the commitment of the Ademola Adeleke-led administration to safeguarding lives and property across Osun State.
