❓ Would you give your brother ₦5 million without a single document? 🤷

“He is my brother.”

“She is my best friend.”

“We have known each other for years.”

Sounds comforting… until money, land or business enters the picture.

Then suddenly:

“That is not what we agreed.”
“You misunderstood me.”
“I never promised you that.”

💡 Here is the hidden truth:

Trust is good. Documentation is protection.

Putting an agreement in writing does not mean you don't trust someone. It simply protects both parties when memories, circumstances or relationships change.

A friend can become an enemy.
A brother can disagree with a brother.
A family business can become a family dispute.

“He is my brother” is not a legal document.
“She is my friend” is not proof of an agreement.

Before you give out serious money, property or business interests, document it properly.

Because it is better to document an agreement when everyone is smiling than to look for evidence when everyone is angry.

For the past few days, I have been quiet here on LET’S FIX IT.

Sometimes, life makes us pause. We need to step back, breathe, gather ourselves and return with a clearer mind.

🔥 SEPTEMBER IS HERE — LET’S FIX OUR LIVES! 🔥

Welcome to the first Ember Month! ❤️

As we step into September, let’s not only pray for a better month; let’s become better people.

✨ Fix your priorities: Stop giving your energy to things that add no value to your life. Focus on what truly matters.

❤️ Fix your relationships: In marriage and friendship, communicate, forgive, respect and protect the bond you have built. Don’t allow outsiders to destroy what you can resolve together.

💼 Fix your hustle: Pray, but also plan. Work hard, be consistent, learn new things and treat your customers with honesty. Success needs both prayer and purposeful action.

🤝 Fix how you treat people: Be kind. Be considerate. Don't make someone's difficult season harder. A little kindness can mean everything to someone.

🙏 And most importantly, fix your relationship with God. Let Him guide your decisions, your steps and your plans.

This September, less complaining, more action. Less comparison, more gratitude. Less negativity, more purpose. And may God see us through in Jesus Name Amen 🙏

🚨 BLACK SUNDAY IN AWKA? WHAT REALLY HAPPENED TO AIZA NWOSU?

Awka is waking up to disturbing reports concerning Aiza Nwosu, the popular MC, town crier and announcement personality, who has reportedly been shot dead.

Several reports circulating online claim that the incident happened in Awka on Sunday, August 30. However, details surrounding the incident and the motive have not been independently confirmed, so we should be careful not to spread unverified claims as facts.

What makes this story even more painful is that Aiza was already known to have survived a serious accident in Awka in 2024.

If these latest reports are confirmed, this is another painful reminder of how precious human life has become and how much work is still needed to tackle insecurity in our communities.

🔥 LET’S FIX THIS MONTH-END: DID YOU REALLY DO JUSTICE TO THIS MONTH?

The month is ending. Be honest with yourself—did you really make the most of it?

Maybe you:
❌ Procrastinated on something important.
❌ Spent more than you earned.
❌ Started something but failed to finish it.
❌ Gave too much attention to people and too little to yourself.
❌ Allowed fear, distractions or excuses to delay your plans.
❌ Stayed in situations you already knew needed to change.
❌ Failed to appreciate the little progress you actually made.

But don't spend the last days of the month beating yourself up.

Do a little CHECKS AND BALANCES.

Ask yourself:
👉 What did I do well?
👉 Where did I fall short?
👉 What did I waste—time, money, opportunities or relationships?
👉 What lesson must I carry forward?
👉 What exactly needs to change in the new month?

Then FIX IT.

Fixers, Do not enter a new month with the same habits, the same excuses and the same unresolved issues.

A new month doesn't automatically create a new you.
YOU must decide to do things differently for a positive turn around.

One of the biggest problems in business is over-familiarity.

Some friends and family members believe knowing you personally automatically gives them the right to demand discounts, credit, free products or special treatment.

But here’s the uncomfortable truth:
Your business is not a family inheritance. It is your investment, your risk and your source of income.

If you choose to give them a discount, beautiful. ❤️
But a discount is a favour, not a family/ Friends entitlement.

And business owners, stop destroying your own business just because you are afraid to say NO to people you love.

👉Fixers, If your friend owns a business, should you expect a discount—or should you support them by paying the actual price and will you feel bad if given same prize as others ?

🚨Do You Think You Will Ever Grow If You Keep Blaming Everyone For Every of Your Life's Challenge?

Constantly blaming people for every problem in your life can stop you from growing?

Accusing people unnecessarily and attaching negative meanings to everything will only steal your peace.

Some people have become so suspicious that they are afraid of almost everything! 😩 Before you know it, you don already “kpai” in your mind before anything even happens. 😂

Then you meet one fake prophet who says, “I saw someone close to you working against you…”
You Shout : “YES! I SAID IT!!!” 🤣🤣

Please, come back to your senses!

Not every problem is spiritual.
Not everyone is your enemy.
Not every setback is somebody’s fault.

Sometimes, look inward. Correct yourself. Learn. Grow. Forgive. Change your mindset.

Remove unnecessary negativity from your heart and give yourself room to breathe, think clearly and thrive.

Your life can change when you stop looking for who to blame and start asking, “What can I do differently?” ❤️

🔥 LET’S FIX THE HABIT OF MOCKING PEOPLE WHEN THEY ARE DOWN!

Have you ever wondered why some people laugh when others are going through difficult times?

Someone loses a job — you mock them.
Someone’s business fails — you laugh.
Someone’s marriage is struggling — you gossip.
Someone makes a mistake — you remind them of it every day.

But remember this: life can change very quickly.

The person you are laughing at today may rise again tomorrow.

And you may one day find yourself in a situation where you need the same compassion you refused to give.

There is a difference between correcting someone and humiliating them.

Don't turn someone's lowest moment into your entertainment.

Sometimes, instead of saying, “I told you so,” simply say:

“I know things are difficult right now. You will get through this.” ❤️

You don't have to carry someone's burden, but you can choose not to make it heavier.

And you, if people are mocking you right now because of that challenge, don't let it get to you, present it to God in prayer, refuse to give up on yourself, do the necessary things that needs to be done and let God finish the rest. It has happened to me and I came out more stronger 💪 Believe me, you can do this.

Today, we celebrate not just another year of life, but a remarkable journey of grace, hard work, excellence and divine favour.

From Ihite, Orumba South, through his educational journey from Oraukwu Grammar School to the United States, where he studied Architecture at Temple University, Hon. Arc. Michael Okonkwo continued to distinguish himself through exceptional dedication and brilliance.

His architectural journey opened doors to remarkable opportunities, including work connected with iconic projects such as Ellis Island, the Howard Hughes Medical Institute, and other notable projects. He also worked with renowned architectural firms and on projects that took his professional experience across cities such as New York, London and Paris.

Yet, despite these great achievements abroad, his journey did not end there. He returned home to contribute his quota to development. He has served in different capacities, including as the Managing Director of ACTDA, Commissioner for Environment, and Commissioner for Housing.

What a journey! What a testimony! 🙏

Indeed, when God decides to bless a man's efforts, He can take him from humble beginnings to places beyond imagination. Your story is a reminder that hard work, excellence and God's grace can open doors no man can shut. This is the type of personality we need in our Government, one with intentional life.

I will never forget the valuable advice and assistance you gave to me when I brought my proposal for my Program.

On this special day, we celebrate you, Ugochinyere Orumba—a man of vision, Substance , accomplishment and uncommon grace. ❤️
