PRESIDENT TINUBU DESERVES SUPPORT FOR HIS BOLD LEADERSHIP – GEORGE HENSHAW

The Executive Chairman of Okobo Local Government Area, Rt. Hon. Engr. George Henshaw, has congratulated the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, His Excellency President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, on the occasion of his third anniversary in office, describing the President as a courageous and visionary leader deserving of the support of all Nigerians.

In a congratulatory message personally endorsed by the Chairman, He commended President Tinubu for his boldness and resilience in steering the affairs of the nation amid prevailing economic and social challenges.

According to the Okobo Council Boss, leading a country as vast and diverse as Nigeria requires courage, sacrifice, and strategic leadership, qualities he noted the President has continued to demonstrate since assuming office.

He stated that despite the difficult decisions and reforms embarked upon by the Federal Government, President Tinubu has remained committed to repositioning the country for sustainable growth, national unity, and long-term prosperity.

Rt. Hon. Henshaw further noted that the Renewed Hope Agenda of the Tinubu administration continues to inspire confidence among Nigerians, stressing that meaningful development can only thrive when citizens support leaders who are determined to make tough but necessary decisions for the greater good.

The Chairman reaffirmed the support of the people of Okobo Local Government Area for the administration of President Tinubu and prayed for greater wisdom, strength, and divine guidance for the President as he continues to pilot the affairs of the nation.

He urged Nigerians to remain hopeful, united, and supportive of ongoing efforts aimed at building a more stable, prosperous, and inclusive Nigeria.

APC HoR PRIMARY: OKOBO CHAIRMAN HAILS PEACEFUL EXERCISE, CONGRATULATES MARTINS ESIN ON LANDSLIDE VICTORY

The Executive Chairman of Okobo Local Government Area, Rt. Hon. Engr. George Henshaw has expressed satisfaction over the peaceful and successful conduct of the APC House of Representatives Primary Election across the ten wards of Okobo LGA.

Speaking shortly after the exercise at his polling unit in Eweme Ward I, Rt. Hon. Engr. George Henshaw commended party faithfuls for their massive turnout, unity, discipline, and orderly conduct throughout the exercise, describing it as clear evidence of the strength and grassroots dominance of the APC in Okobo LGA.

He also expressed gratitude to the National and state leaders of the APC for their leadership and commitment to strengthening the party.

The Chairman congratulated Hon. Martins Esin, the sole aspirant for the Oron/ Mbo/ Udung Uko/ UrueOffong Oruko and Okobo Federal Constituency on his resounding victory across all ten wards in Okobo, describing the outcome as a strong endorsement of his leadership and capacity ahead of the 2027 general elections.

In line with the electoral Act, the primaries was monitored by representatives of the Independent National Electoral Commission INEC.
