Earlier in the week, the *Ebira Youths Alliance for Progress and Good Governance* led by their National Coordinator, *Musty Fresh* met with the Ebira Traditional rulers in the diaspora for collaborative synergy on Ododo/Joel's mandate. The National Coordinator, while thanking the traditional leaders for giving them the audience, also urged them to use their position of authority to help reach out to other Anebira in the diaspora to make sure Alh. Ododo Usman is elected to replace His Excellency, Alh. Yahaya Adoza Bello who he described as "Our Emancipator".

He took the Ebira Traditional leaders down memory lane on how the late Engr. Senator A.T Ahmed struggled to write our name in the political history of Kogi State but was pulled down by what he described as the 'enemy within' who later died with their 'bad belle' governorship ambition the moment the Distinguished Senator died. He asked, where are they today? Did you see any of them come for the governorship again before the coming of His Excellency, No!

He, therefore, praised His Excellency, Alh. Yahaya Bello for not wanting to be a local Champion politician who ordinarily would have wanted only him alone to be the Governor from Kogi Central by giving out this Golden opportunity to the Eastern or Western people of the state. I must say, he is the real true son of the soil.
The Ebira traditional leaders on their part, acknowledged that Ododo is their own and promised to do everything within their power to make sure he is elected to the Lugard House come November 2023

A DATE WITH CHIEF (MRS )BARR. NATASHA AKPOTI-UDUAGHAN IS A DATE WITH DESTINY.

The forth coming 2023 General Election has raised a concern and more questions that need an urgent answer in Ebira Land .there are a lot of issues at the moment in kogi Central Senatorial District ranging from Insecurity, Unemployment, poverty, and many out of school Children and even criminal intimidation from various political opponents.
But all put together we are calling all the youths of Ebira land not allow themselves to be used to cause mayhem in this coming election. We the Ebira Youth alliance for progress and good governance are calling for positive change that can lead to the progress and wellbeing of our youths especially in kogi Central.
Since the returned of democracy in 1999 kogi central Senatorial District youths had suffered in the hand of janja-weed politicians and murderers who think that the best way to come to power is by arming innocent youths to go and kill a political opponent or destroyed their property, in which during the process many of our youths lost their life's while those that send them will be alive with their family enjoying their ill-gotten wealth.
The past politicians and some of the present ones has brought untold hardship and untimely dead, and various decree of injuries to our youth through arms confrontation.
Among our youths that they used and dump through arms confrontation and later lost their lives are:

Our handsome boys and brave boys that could have been a great assets to us as our future leaders are being wasted by those janja-weed politicians and murderers, who call themselves politicians.
Ebira Youth alliance has resolved that they cannot continue in this way of used and dump policy. They cannot continuing wasting their precious life for self-center politicians that bring nothing to Ebira land.
Ebira Youth alliance for progress and good governance major occupation is to Enthrone good leadership in Ebira Land through peaceful election we are not given to sentiment such that border political affiliation or religion.
We are concern about capability of an individual in terms of who will represent Ebira land and entire kogi central in the Senatorial assembly, therefore we are incline to believe that the only and the best among the contenders for the senate is Chief Mrs. Natasha Akpoti-uduaghan.
We urged our youths to come out courageously and take decisive decision by voting this woman of substance for our overall well-being.
