Democracy which is government of the people and for the people is being celebrated today, 29th May of every year

May the “Democracy day’ celebration overflow in pride of our accomplishments and hard work!

As we all are rejoicing, Who says Nigeria can’t feed children in school? Who says we can’t have 24hrs power supply? Who says unemployed youths can’t be paid? Who says we can’t become an exporting country? – in bad faith and previous records held, its a No; but this is a new era. We have the hope and belief that this nation will rise from its ashes and be great again.

Even if the country be in turmoil, we will still say a ‘Happy Democracy day’ to each other.

As the dawn of today’s celebration comes in, I pray that all negativity be transformed into positivity for us all in this nation, this nation will rise greatly again. Let’s celebrate, we keep hope alive. Happy Democracy day celebration.

Who is Hon Segun Samuel Idowu SSI?
The man Segun Samuel Idowu was born on the 29th January 1974 at itun ikanna,Ode Remo to family of Mr&Mrs Emmanuel Adetayo Idowu. He attended Saapade grammar school, where he sat and passed his West Africa Excermination council O'level in 1988.A studious and well discipline gentleman.
Following his humble bar ground after secondary school,he ventured into an entrepreneurship to support the family and also raised funds for himself to further in his academic pursuit. Because of his love for calculation,he gained admission into Moshood Abiola polytechnic to study Accounting respectively OND/HND in which,he came out with the best result.he didn't only stop there;knowing the importance of Education, he proceeded for his Master's Education in Finance at the prestige University of Lagos.He is also a fellow of charted institute FCA.Educational career was between 1988-2011.
He as served and work in different capacity as a professional,such as Blue field insurance Broker, International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA),Harvard T.H.Chan school of public Health and Aids prevention initiative in Nigeria.
In plight of all these in is chosen career,involvement in politics was not accidental but because of his passion and philanthropist nature,he was called to serve is people as a grassroots man,which he obliged. A loyalist of the ruling party from the inception (AD-APC).Due to his immersed contributions and active role to the party APC from is constituency Remo north local government,he was recognized and call to serve as a Consultant to the Amiable governor of OGUN state,Sen.Ibikunle Amusun(FCA),presently his serving as the LCDA chairman, Remo North East.Hon Segun Samuel Idowu,a man of substance and pedigree in his style of leadership and experience as been able to contribute tremendously and solidify is constituency.
