Kaine is a recognized scholar obtaining his first degree in 2007 from the prestigious Delta State University and furthered additional post-graduate studies from the University of Port Harcourt
in 2011, University of Lagos 2017 and 2018 and currently Delta State University 2019. Attained over forty (40) professional certifications between 2009 and 2021 and has been trained and qualified in varying capacities by reputable institutions and organizations in the oil and energy, infrastructure, financial and inter-governmental space. Leadership History & the Ndokwa/Ukwuani Vision:
Kaine was born into an Ukwuani family with long history of community participation and leadership and is himself a career Representative and Consultant. He began his leadership/political career in 2006 as President of the National Association of Science Students in the Delta State University and since then held the following positions:

Kaine has always cared and voiced about his immediate communities and more recently regarded as the “New Voice of Ndokwa/Ukwuani” wherein he has beyond existent barriers clamoured for the socio-economic recognition and development of the Ndokwa Nation. In his own little reach, he has contributed through employment and contracting opportunities, industrial infrastructure, educational support impacting over twenty families across Ukwuani.
