DO YOU KNOW THAT:
1. In 2 years, Bago has recruited approximately 7000 personnel into the Niger State Civil Service? This is approximately 86.5% more than the 3,753 people recruited in the past 15 years (more than a decade).
DO YOU KNOW THAT:
2. The 1000 Niger State Traffic Vanguards, who were hitherto paid N15,000 monthly, are now enjoying N80,000 monthly after the Farmer Governor ordered their absorption into the civil service?
DO YOU KNOW THAT:
3. Niger State civil servants are the only civil servants in Northern Nigeria who enjoy up to N80,000 minimum wage? Farmer Governor is paying his workers more than what some oil States (like Anambra, Delta, Ondo, and Edo who enjoy 13% derivation funds) pay to their workers.
DO YOU KNOW THAT:
4. Farmer Governor had scaled up the salary of Niger State teachers by 2% in the minimum wage consequential adjustment? Thereby acknowledging teachers' special role in society and the civil service.
