On behalf of my family and I, I extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who joined us in celebrating the successful naming ceremony of our beloved daughters.

The occasion was indeed a memorable one, graced by the presence of several dignitaries, including royal fathers, religious leaders, political figures, members of the UKA Clan Association, family members, and well-wishers. Your presence added immense joy and significance to this special day in our lives.

We were particularly honored by the presence of: His Royal Highness, the Traditional Head of Adavi Local Government, the OHI of Adavi, Alhaji Bello Muhammed.The Chairman of Adavi Local Government, Hon. Rasheed Bashir Okatengwu.The Former Chairman of Adavi Local Government, Hon. Joseph Omuya.Hon. Sunday Sea And several other distinguished dignitaries.

We are deeply grateful for the love, support, and warm wishes extended to us on this special occasion. Your presence and blessings mean so much to us, and we are truly humbled.

We pray for your safe journey back to your various destinations and wish you all continued blessings, success, and happiness.

Earlier today, Saturday, 24th May, 2025, the National Body of the Uka Clan paid a courtesy visit to the Treasurer of Adavi Local Government Area, Hon. Shegun Aliba, to express their profound gratitude for his unwavering support towards the development and unity of the Uka Clan.

The delegation, led by prominent elders and youth representatives, conveyed appreciation for the Hon. Treasurer’s consistent contributions which have positively impacted various aspects of the clan’s wellbeing and communal progress. The visit served not only as a thanksgiving gesture but also as a platform for meaningful dialogue on strategies for advancing both the Uka Clan and Adavi Local Government in general.

In his remarks, Hon. Shegun Aliba expressed deep appreciation for the visit and reaffirmed his commitment to inclusive development. He emphasized the importance of unity and active participation of all stakeholders in governance and community-building. Hon. Aliba also took the opportunity to commend His Excellency, Alhaji Ododo Ahmed Usman, the Executive Governor of Kogi State, whom he described as a worthy role model whose leadership principles and developmental vision continue to inspire him.

HON. SHEGUN ALIBA GRACES SPECIAL THANKSGIVING PRAYER FOR DISTINGUISHED CHAIRMAN, HON. ABDULLAHI BELLO (A.K.A DOLLAR)

Earlier today, The Treasurer of Adavi Local Government, Hon. Shegun Aliba, was among the dignitaries who graced the Special Thanksgiving Prayer in honour of Hon. Abdullahi Bello (a.k.a Dollar), the distinguished Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Kogi State.

The event, which took place at the Sheikh Ahmad Rufai Central Mosque, Idoji Okene, was organized to mark and celebrate his official inauguration as the Board Chairman of the Agricultural Research and Rural Management Institute (ARRMI).

Hon. Shegun Aliba, in his remarks, congratulated Hon. Abdullahi Bello on this remarkable milestone and well-deserved federal appointment. He described the achievement as a testament to Hon. Bello’s unwavering commitment to the progress and development of Kogi State and Nigeria at large.

He further prayed for divine guidance, wisdom, and God's abundant blessings upon Hon. Bello as he assumes this new national responsibility.
