Lately, I had about Hon. Funsho Olumoko, who hails from Ekinrin-Adde in Ijumu LGA of Kogi State.

He was once an advocate of Okun for Governorship: fast forward to 2026 (now, dinning with the opposite group)but not on the side of Okun this time around.

This will take me back to his Facebook posts from 2015, 2016, and 2017 respectively.

Walk with me:

šŸ‘‰ September 25, 2015: Hon. Funsho shared a picture with the late Prince Audu and James Faleke with the caption: ā€œThe rescue team.ā€

šŸ‘‰ March 22, 2016, with a protesters’ picture:

ā€œDis FRAUD will not go unchallenged!!! Our PHC was repainted at a cost slightly above and Yaya Bello is sending his wife to commission it today as their project. 8yrs old facility. Habah! Make unah fear God.ā€

šŸ‘‰ December 15, 2017: Hon. Funsho shared this on his page with Yahaya Bello’s picture:

ā€œFriends, can we conclude that in the entire ā€˜New Direction’ government, no one understands the simple procedure of transferring one’s PVC from one location to another??? That the White Rabbit will be guided to commit this sacrilege. Honestly, I implore all Kogites to please partake in the 21 days fasting and prayers as declared by Bishop David Oyedepo so that Kogi will be free from this directionless gov’t.ā€

šŸ‘‰ December 15, 2017, with Yahaya Bello’s picture:

ā€œBehold: the epoch-making registration of the year 2017……….. Impunity of the highest order. Taani o mu mi. Beniyan Oomu olorun Oomu…. Wel… don…. sha.ā€

šŸ“Check the attached screenshots.

What really got me worried is that the same system Hon. Funsho Olumoko publicly crucified and condemned back in 2016 and 2017 is the same system he is now campaigning for ahead of the 2027 governorship election.

I’m only here to let the good people of Kogi West and Okun, especially, know that in everything you do, the internet never forgets.

I had the privilege of receiving the Erelu of Mopa, Mrs. Ronke Bello, who was recently appointed by Mr. President as a Commissioner in the National Salaries, Incomes and Wages Commission.

I congratulate her on this well-deserved appointment and pray that God grants her divine wisdom, strength, and grace as she undertakes this important national assignment. I wish her a successful and impactful tenure in service to our nation.

AUDU/FALEKE LEADERSHIP CONSOLIDATES STRATEGY FOR TINUBU AND APC VICTORY IN KOGI 2027.

Abuja, Sunday 26th July 2026.

In a strategic move to consolidate party strength and secure victory for the All Progressives Congress, APC, in the 2027 general elections, the leadership of the Audu/Faleke political family held a high level meeting in Abuja on Sunday.

The meeting had in attendance of Honourable Minister of Steel Development, Prince Shuaibu Abubakar Audu, Rt. Hon. James Abiodun Faleke, Leader of the Audu/Faleke political family in Kogi State and Head of the Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu Re-election Structure. Also in attendance were Prof. Daniel Isa, former Director General(DG) of the Audu/Faleke Campaign Council in 2015 and Hon. Emmanuel Ekele, a respected stakeholder from Kogi East.

The core of the deliberation focused on mobilizing total support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and ensuring that APC emerges victorious with all its candidates across the three senatorial districts of Kogi State in 2027.

The leaders resolved to prioritize unity within the Audu/Faleke family by reconciling with all loyal members and welcoming back those willing to return, in order to present a united and formidable political front. They also agreed to immediately activate a broad based grassroots mobilization structure across Kogi East, Kogi West and Kogi Central to drive voter sensitization, registration and turnout for the party.

Rt. Hon. Faleke commended the Minister of Steel Development for his firm commitment to the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Tinubu, particularly his efforts toward the revitalization of the Ajaokuta Steel Company, which was described as a critical national asset for industrial growth and job creation.

In his remarks, Prince Shuaibu Abubakar Audu pledged to sustain the legacy of his late father, Prince Abubakar Audu, by continuing to work for the progress of Kogi State and its integration into a prosperous Nigeria.

The meeting ended with a strong declaration that Kogi State remains firmly behind President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the APC ahead of the 2027 elections.
