I’ve been listening carefully to , , and a handful of others, leaders whose concern for Nigeria is not performative, whose interests align with progress, peace, and security. They understand the reality on the ground. I echo their observations.
But let us not be naive: if the opposition coalition is to have any chance of success, all hands must be on deck. Separate tickets for and ? Predictable. Inevitable. Tinubu remains, and with him, the suffering, the disgrace, the slow unraveling of the nation.
This is not politics as usual. This is survival. Those who understand that truth know there is no room for ego, hesitation, or half-measures.
If the mission is to rescue Nigeria, the coalition must come together as soon as yesterday, declare the mandate, build the infrastructure around the candidates, map the political lines. This is not a task for a few months to the election.
