*KAB Urges APC Members to Embrace E-Registration Exercise*

The House of Representatives aspirant, Dr. Kehinde Alex Bankole (KAB), has called on members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) across Irepodun/Isin/Ekiti/Oke-Ero Federal Constituency and Kwara State at large to actively participate in the ongoing APC e-registration and revalidation exercise.

Dr. Bankole described the programme as a vital step toward strengthening the party’s structure and expanding its membership base. He encouraged existing members to revalidate their membership and mobilize new members to take advantage of the opportunity.

The Ekan~nla born and real estate mogul also urged party leaders and chieftains to cooperate fully with party officials to ensure a smooth, transparent, and hitch-free registration process.

He reaffirmed his commitment to party unity and grassroots development, stressing that a stronger and more united APC will guarantee effective representation and sustainable development for the constituency and Kwara State at large.

In the spirit of the yuletide season, on the 28th of December 2025, I had the honour of meeting with the esteemed stakeholders of our great party, the All Progressives Congress (APC), in Oke-Ero Local Government. The meeting was fruitful, marked by engaging discussions and the exchange of valuable insights on issues affecting our people and practical ways to advance the development of our local government and federal constituency.

The engagement provided an opportunity for me to clearly outline my vision for the Isin/Irepodun/Ekiti/Oke-Ero Federal Constituency. During this interaction, I formally solicited the support of party leaders and stakeholders for my aspiration to contest for the House of Representatives, reaffirming my unwavering commitment to people-centred governance, inclusive development, and sustainable growth across the constituency.

We also emphasized the critical importance of unity and collaboration as the party approaches its forthcoming congress. I stressed that only through collective effort, mutual respect, and shared purpose can we guarantee continued progress, stability, and prosperity for Oke-Ero Local Government and the broader federal constituency.

I am deeply grateful for the dedication, sincerity, and passion demonstrated by all stakeholders present. As we move forward, let us remain focused on our shared mission to uplift our people and strengthen our party. Earlier today, I was at Oke Onigbin to attend the final burial service of our dear leader, the late General Cornelius Adebayo (Rtd.), former Governor of Kwara State and former Minister of Communications of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

General Adebayo was not just a statesman, he was a symbol of integrity, courage, and visionary leadership. Throughout his distinguished career, he remained a steadfast advocate for justice, good governance, and the upliftment of his people. His contributions to the development of Kwara State and Nigeria at large will be remembered for generations to come.

He was a bridge,builder, a peace lover, and a man who wore humility like a badge of honour despite his towering achievements.

Nigeria has lost a rare gem a patriot, a mentor, and a man who truly served with honour and distiction

May his noble soul find eternal rest in the bosom of the Almighty.
